We engaged Morgan Sloane to value a property that had been left to us following the passing of my father. During what has been an incredibly difficult time, they made the process of dealing with the necessary estate administration so much easier.

From the moment they were appointed, communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout and given a convenient time slot for the surveyor, Paul Holford's visit. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and talked me through exactly what he was doing during the valuation, which was completed within just 20–25 minutes.

The report was received within 24 hours, which was incredibly efficient and much appreciated.
