Excellent service!

Very easy to get a quote and to book an appointment. We required a RICS valuation for probate.
I went online to carry out a search for probate valuation and found out that not all surveyors do this type of report, so I am thankful to have found a good chartered surveyor that can help me.

The surveyor that came out to the house, Pavlos Joseph MRICS, was on time, respectful of the property and delivered the report within days of carrying out the inspection.

Customer service was great, I got booked in earlier than my original appointment due to a cancellation and the report came back very quickly. I would highly recommend using this company and would definitely use them again myself.

The service received was prompt and professional. I was contacted straight away, costs given upfront and not deviated from. The booking in process was easy and was great to know they also did a Saturday valuation. The report was back within 2 days. Maria, the valuer, arrived just before her due time and was very personable and polite. Overall a very happy customer and would highly recommend.
