Shared ownership stair-casing valuation
I used the company to valuate the property for the shared ownership stair-casing.

Professional and reliable service
I had a very good experience with Morgan Sloan Limited for my property valuation. From my first call, everything was handled professionally and very efficiently.
The process was quick, well organised, and exactly as explained to me. The surveyor, Maria Jacob, was lovely, very professional, and helpful throughout. The report was completed and delivered on the promised date (23/02/2026), and it was successfully accepted by Help to Buy with no issues.
I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent valuation of detached house
I needed an open market value of a family property and obtained quotes from several firms of surveyors. Morgan Sloane were the quickest to respond and joint cheapest. The whole process of appointing them was quick and simple and a surveyor visited within a week. The valuer was professional and very thorough, and I received the report the day after the survey! Altogether very impressed with the quality, speed and professionalism of Morgan Sloane.
