UniGreenScheme Reviews

Excellent communication throughout. Very transparent in terms of what to expect. Brilliant idea for a company! Well done, and thank you.

UniGreenScheme are easy to contact and always prompt with a response. It is straight forward to request information and to arrange for pick-up of equipment. I really like the Closing Reports they send, it is especially good to know when equipment is reported to have found a new home!

My recent purchase from this seller went well. A great professional company to do business with. Communication was very good and although I'm only a small customer I felt like I was treated like a much bigger one. My purchase was palletised/packaged to high standard and delivery was prompt. Will buy from UniGreenScheme again if a similar item is available.
Many thanks to all the team there.

Delighted to make my first purchase of a recycled item - very suitable for my purposes, good price, excellent communication, very well packaged, and arrived safely in good time. Thanks!

The very supportive and flexible after-sales service of this company means that buying second hand lab equipment does not have to be a "buyer beware" experience. Their team are very knowledgeable and work efficiently to solve any after sales issues, or will find an alternative piece of equipment. We have bought several items and very pleased with the value and condition of the purchases

I have had a fantastic experience working with UniGreenScheme in my role as Sustainability Officer for the Schools of Earth Sciences and Geographical Sciences at the University of Bristol.
The UniGreen team has consistently been incredibly responsive, collaborative, and genuinely committed to supporting our needs. Every interaction has been positive —the team is approachable, solution-focused, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I wish the scheme continued growth and success!

Green Scheme have been great! The collections are easy to arrange, all staff a pleasure to deal with, and the idea behind recycling used equipment is something we fully support, so great all round!

Collection of 2 optical tables from top floor lab. Work done efficiently and happy with resale value. Professional service, would be happy to use again in future.

The UniGreenScheme team is very professional with efficient communication, quotation and collection, it has saved us lots of energy and time for dealing end of service equipment.

Everyone I dealt with at UniGreen were really kind, helpful and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.

Our department is preparing to relocate our labs to new facilities so we have identified lots of unsused and obsolete equipment that we don't want to take with us. UniGreenScheme reps happened to be on-site the day I sent them an enquiry, so they popped over and we walked though the labs. Within days, the wheels were in motion, with very little work needed on our side and frequent coomunications. It then wasn't long before we set a date for collection. On the day, the team arrived fully equipped to safely handle the equipment in a polite, professional and sensitive way. It has been a really positive experience for us- the thought that our unwanted items can be reused (rather than thrown in a landfill!) while returning some money back to us, the impressive speed that it was all completed in and the great team at UniGreenScheme. I would very highly recommend.

The most thorough and careful communications I've ever had from a supplier - answers usually within 15 minutes, and beautifully details, so I could buy with confidence.
The microscope arrived very promptly, and extremely carefully packed.

I mean right from the beginning I contacted Unigreen, they guided me appropriately. The used equipment I purchased is in good condition, its working well now. They were very prompt in responding to my queries. They resolved all issues. I have to say this is the best service I have received so far in the UK. Thanks Caryn and Dylan. I recommend Unigreen scheme with confidence. I could have given 10 stars.

I enquired about cryostat components they had available. The team were very helpful and once a quote was agreed, they removed the parts (confirmed everything was correct via email) and quickly delivered them to me. I would definitiely recommend using this company again for other laboratory items.

I highly recommend choosing UniGreenScheme. I have been a client for the past 5 years and have consistently received exceptional service. The staff is always professional, friendly and extremely helpful, always finding the right solutions for my needs. The buying and delivery processes are smooth and efficient.
UniGreenScheme is unique at providing equipment that has been discontinued but is still essential for specific applications, as well as offering parts for equipment that is no longer in production. I have always had a positive experience with them and am very satisfied with the service.

I love this company. They collect all the stuff Uni labs don't need any more and offer it for sale at usually realistic prices. if the asking prices are too much, they will always be ready to do some bargaining. Packing has always been bulletproof and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

In short, as a repeat customer I highly recommend these people.

I purchased a significant amount of scientific equipment from Unigreene. At all stages the staff were extremely helpful. Queries I had were even answered in the evenings and at weekends. The prices were very reasonable and the kit arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. In addition they provided me with pat tested power leads and links online to the relevant manuals. I definitely intend to use them again.

Simple efficient and professional service, with excellent timely communications
