Test weden nicht ausgewertet , kein Kundensupport mehr erreichbar!
Meine Test wurden nach 3Wochen immer noch nicht ausgewertet . Nach Anfrage erhielt ich den Kaufpreis für einen Test erstattet. Bei Test zwei ist kein Kundensupport mehr erreichbar , weder schriftlich noch telefonisch. Das Geld werde ich wohl nicht erstattet bekommen. Keine Test dort mehr kaufen!!!

IgE Test Produced lots of False Positives
I have purchased a food reaction test from Cerascreen, which tests IgE and IgG levels. I was surprised when I received results with IgE match against many foods I eat every day. I never had a visible food allergy; however, I wanted to see if I had any hidden allergies that created inflammation in my body. The test showed that I have a significant allergy to wheat, soy, tomato, carrots and all nuts. I didn't believe those tests, and I conducted more sensitive and accurate tests using the ALEX 2 method in my country, which showed that I don't have an allergy to these foods. Good that Cerascreen gave me a refund; however, they showed no action in improving their tests, which produce false positives. I wouldn't recommend their food allergy test as they don't use a method that creates reliable and accurate results.

Test envoyé une première fois en septembre et plus de nouvelles. On a réussi difficilement à rentrer en contact avec le service client pour avoir un deuxième test. Deuxième test envoyé le 27 octobre et toujours pas de retour encore une fois. Nous sommes le 5 novembre

I returned my sample many weeks ago and still don't have my results . I've paid £74.89, maybe it's better if I get a refund and start again.

No results received
My sample was received by them on 28th July. It is now three weeks later and I still have not received my result. Very poor service.

This is my second review
This is my second review, as I needed a replacement test (My error) which they kindly sold me it at a discount. The test is easy to use. The results came through reasonably quickly, and are easy to understand. (This was a routine vitamin blood level test). I intend to test again, so will use cerascreen again.

Longer than expected.
It’s taken a lot longer than I expected. I still don’t have my results, and I sent my test back over 10 days ago. I wouldn’t have reviewed but they keep emailing me asking me to leave a review, so here it is.

Slow and no updates
I keep getting asked to review and it’s been weeks now and I’m still awaiting my results and not even an update to say my sample was received- despot the mail tracking confirming it was delivered. Very slow compared to other companies and no status updates which would at least help.
