Slow and no updates
I keep getting asked to review and it’s been weeks now and I’m still awaiting my results and not even an update to say my sample was received- despot the mail tracking confirming it was delivered. Very slow compared to other companies and no status updates which would at least help.

We’ve checked and can confirm that your sample has now arrived at the responsible laboratory. In some cases delays can occur during shipping due to postal handling – unfortunately, this part of the process is beyond our direct control.

The test results took more than 2 weeks…
The test results took more than 2 weeks to arrive, I was advised there was a delay at the lab. But only after I chased it.

Complete scam, didn’t receive my results and no one’s replying to me
Did not receive my results, no one responded to me. I emailed customer service, contacted via social media and filled out the form on the website. Still no reply, they took my money for the test and after I sent it off I never heard anything back. Complete scam and rip off, don’t bother using this company.

Aucun résultats reçu
Tests payés le 25 aout 2024 et envoyés début septembre. Nous sommes le 13 octobre !
Plus aucune nouvelle. Même si on clique sur Français pour envoyer un mail de réclamation ou autre, cela ne fonctionne pas. Heureusement je parle et lis l'anglais.
Une fois les tests reçus et renvoyés, je n'ai plus eu aucune nouvelle et j'attends toujours les résultats !!
Ils ont mon mail, mon adresse : pourquoi n'ai Je rien reçu et si problème pourquoi pas informée ?!

Je suis très mécontente , en plus on ne peut pas communiquer en français .
J’ai vraiment l’impression de m’être faite arnaquer !!!

Une seule étoile car il est impossible d'en mettre aucune !! Test dont le retour est payant, 14,25 € pour l'Allemagne ! Aucune analyse n'a été faite car mon test ne peut être lu, pas assez de matière ? L'échantillon était pourtant complet, hémoglobine remplissant chaque pastille comme demandé. Total des courses, aucun résultat, remboursement partiel puisque ils ne remboursent ni les frais de livraison ni les frais de retour !! J'en ai donc pour 20 € de ma poche. Un conseil, croisez votre chemin, nul de chez nul !!!!!

Nous vous avons informé par e-mail que nos instructions expliquent en détail comment renvoyer le test. Dans ce cas, cela se fait via UPS. Vous ne devez bien sûr rien payer pour cela, car la seule chose à faire est de créer une étiquette gratuite.
Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas été en mesure de vous rembourser les frais de port, car cela est clairement décrit dans les instructions, et nous n'avons été contactés qu'après l'envoi de l'échantillon. Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ces désagréments.
