Avons vue et impression par le produit par lui même pour une sommes de 333 dollars avec 25 euro de supplément pour une gravure en une heure au lieu de deux heures avion a reprendre et la gravure a duré deux et 30mn et comme nous avions réglé donc une pression énorme pour aéroport

Après avoir vérifié votre commande, nous avons confirmé qu’un service de traitement prioritaire avait bien été appliqué. Ce service permet de donner la priorité à la production afin de réduire le délai habituel, mais il ne peut pas réduire le temps technique nécessaire à la réalisation d’un cristal fortement personnalisé.
Dans votre cas, le cristal choisi était d’un format plus grand que la moyenne et comprenait plusieurs personnalisations, notamment une gravure 2D avec ajout d’arrière-plan. Nous avons également réalisé, sans frais supplémentaires, un effet de superposition apportant davantage de profondeur au résultat final. Ces éléments nécessitent naturellement davantage de temps de préparation et de gravure afin de garantir le niveau de qualité qui fait notre réputation depuis plus de 15 ans.
Cela dit, nous pensons également que nous aurions dû mieux communiquer le délai réel de production avant de finaliser votre commande. Nos conseillers auraient dû tenir compte de la complexité de votre projet et vous proposer, si nécessaire, notre service de livraison offert afin que vous n’ayez pas à attendre en magasin avant votre départ. Nous utiliserons votre retour pour renforcer la formation de notre équipe et améliorer la communication des délais de production.
