Your yarn was shipped very promptly. The yarn is luscious to work with, love the color variation. It made a wonderful chemo cap for my husband. There was a knot in the yarn. That was disappointing to find.

size didn't seem to be usual proper proportians for waist, length and bust. It was short waisted, too snug under the arms and the area usually covering his was a bit too high. I am 4' 10.5 inches tall and usually wear a small but this one just didn't fit right so it was returned. I won't buy from your company again because it cost me over $30 for shipping it back

The 2 scarves I bought are beautiful. What was irritating was that the delivery fee I paid for ( US$ 30.00) indicated this fee was for a 2-day delivery time. Well, it took 5 days for the package to arrive. So I feel it would have been better to charge for a 5-day delivery fee, but unfortunately that option was not available. The cheapest delivery fee was the $30.00 fir a 2-day delivery time. Which did not happen. So why charge a 2-day delivery fee if you are not delivering in 2 days anyway?
