Whilst the issues was related to operator error, the support I got was very prompt and educational.

Purchased a Unimig Viper 135 Multi. Have used the mig with core shield wire , went through 4 rolls of .kg 0.8mm wire in a couple of weeks. WOW what a marvelous little welder , light and powerful. After owning and using a fairly heavy , old SIP mig portable welder , that did a great job, this Unimig is a whole other dimension above my old welder.I did not realize how much I had learnt to modify my welding technic wiht the old SIP welder. The unimig has taught me to weld far better. One of the best purchases I have done. Very happy.

Support found a new screen and sent it out quickly. They provided a guide with detailed instructions on how the replace the screen.

What a quality bit of gear. It is brilliant. I look forward to playing with all its settings.

Purchased from Gasweld in Albury. They are a very helpful company and very knowledgeable about the product and were able to give me information about this and competing products. I have other Unimig products and have been happy with them. Setting up the welder has been easy . The printed manual is excellent and very helpful as the Envy Multi 195 has many features. Looking forward to trying Tig welding which I have not done before. This is a big advance over my old welder.

Bought a Unimig in 1999 and it was great. Regrettably had to sell it in 2006 because of divorce and started travelling. Finally found a place to live and had to get another. I am sure it's going to be just as good but probably better.

Excellent communication and quick to solve the problems that I had

Posting this for my husband Alfred. I bought both a welder and a plasma cutter and am very happy with both. I was recommended the Unimig brand by my neighbour when I wanted to get a new welder. His advice was spot on. I've used both the welder and cutter and they do a great job.

I have been solely using uni mig products in my performance fab shop day in day out now for multiple years , I have never had failure and never been let down like similar brands, and being Australian owned makes it even better !!

What made my experience great was the speed and professionalism of the warranty service. After I contacted the company, they responded quickly and organised for someone to pick up my welder directly from my place, which was very convenient.
The repair was completed in less than 24 hours, which is impressive and shows they understand how important it is for tradespeople to minimise downtime. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
What the company does well is customer support. They stand behind their product, honour their warranty without hassle, and provide fast, reliable service. That level of after-sales support is something I really value, especially after more than 20 years working in the industry.
