Union Wills Reviews

Can’t fault the service from Union Wills. Uploaded my union membership evidence and completed an online form and have had confirmation my new will is ready. Smooth and easy transaction with helpful and timely communication.

So far everything has been good. However your are not able to review the will before it is sent to you (and then available for witnessing). Also, I could not review the LPA stuff I put in (which I have since decided not toi proceed with). Main Will form very straightforward, and you can come-and-go when filling it in. But, as I say, all good so far.

very efficient and super helpful, called back straight away when I had queries. Was refreshing to speak to an actual person on the chat box

Union Wills helped me every step of the way. Everytime I called them with a question, they always took the time to answer the questions in a helpful manner.
The online form is simple to understand and the whole process is seamless. Making a will is a difficult thing to do but Union Wills made it as nice as it could possibly be. Thank you.

Brilliant service. They helped me through the process of making my will with good information and advice.

From start to finish the service was impeccable. I'm sure if anyone else had taken on the same task they wouldn't have delivered as good a service, that is how good Union Wills were. Any queries by phone or their messaging service was always answered promptly and professionally. I would recommend them to any friend or family member.

Very helpful and very informative. Quick response to queries.

Zach was really prompt in his responses and helpful and made the whole process straight forward and painless. Which after all the other change of addresses etc with moving house was great. Thank you.
This review bit less easy, don’t use these sites and had a bad experience with Trust Pilot recently.

Very easy service to use, customer service is absolutely fantastic, prompt response to any queries. Also they were very patient and understanding towards my disability and ill health. Definitely recommend

Dealing with Union Wills was straightforward and everything was made clear.
I noticed I'd made a mistake just before printing and the correction process was straightforward too.

Excellent service, helpful, friendly advisors and sorted my will quickly and correctly . Many Thanks

Excellent, friendly and efficient service.

Have never used a service like this before so was slightly apprehensive, however process was fairly straight forward and quite quick, wills arrived via email just over 2 weeks later and where just what we wanted. We were slightly concerned that we were not sent a proof of any description to read before making payment (there is a charge for a partner will that you pay when ordering) you just received the final document but it was all OK.
