Union Wills Reviews

Clear online process, supported BT efficient, friendly, professional staff.

Easy and smooth Will making process, fully supported by Dawn and Zak all the way.

It was reasonably easy to fill in and there was help at the end of the telephone when I needed it.

Very easy to set up . Very friendly adviser on the phone . All hassle free and set up within a week

Excellent service throughout

Really listened to me and gave good advice

Very easy to complete online, spoke to an advisor to run through the will. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

I found it fairly easy to fill in the information online. There is quite a lot to fill in, so does take a while. Once I'd sent it off I had a phone call from a member of Union Wills to go over all my information, this was very helpful as we double checked what I'd filled in. I would highly recommend using Union Wills.

The customer service provider was clear and easy to understand. Asked me the questions relating to my policy.

Excellent service, very simple & straight forward to complete. The staff were very helpful with all my queries.

Fabulous service…. I highly recommend this method of will writing… So straightforward and such good value.. Very fast and efficient with great communication. Everything was explained in straightforward terms. Don’t hesitate to use this service

I used the online service for my Will, once completed, Zach contacted me to go over a few points. And in no time all things where sorted.
I'd recommend anyone to use this service.

So easy to deal with...very professional and friendly. Anyone considering making their will via Union Wills will not be disappointed
Highly recommended

Done this on line, the guy rang me and went through it with me, great communication, very helpful.

Great experience. I highly recommend 👌.

Drafted online and then was contacted to confirm some of the details. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Experience was absolutely easy and well explained from the start to drawn up and signed

This provided support, helpful information and useful questions in writing my will. It made it simple to complete a slightly scary process

Excellent service, Easy to complete and comprehensive service. I didn't realise that this service was free to use as an Union associate. Recommended.

This is my first Will. I thought it would be a daunting process but Union Wills made it very simple. Their online form was easy to navigate and complete. They followed up with a phone call. At no point did they try and sell me products. If anything they advised me on the cheaper way to do things. Great service.
