Hi, I've tried reaching out to you, but your mailbox is full, so it can't receive emails, and your WhatsApp isn't active either.

I got an update from the UniPin CS team, and based on what I was told, the 500+500 diamond purchase promo in Malaysia only applies to your first purchase — subsequent purchases are subject to regular pricing. So there's no error on UniPin's end, which also invalidates your claim and the 1-star rating that came with it.

Your claim that UniPin CS never responded to you is also inaccurate.
I have a screenshot showing CS did respond to you; it's likely the response just couldn't get through because your mailbox is full. Here's the proof: https://prnt.sc/9fSOj_7dHXSb

Hopefully, this clarifies things and helps you reconsider the 1-star review you left.
