From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, the entire team was professional, attentive, and supportive. I would like to thank the entire staff at Unique Era Hair Transplant Clinic Istanbul. I received my hair transplant in August 2026, and the experience exceeded my expectations. A close friend had his transplant there the year before, and after seeing his incredible results, I became very interested. It’s been over 6 months since my hair transplant with Uniquera Hair Transplant, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process was much easier and more painless than I expected. I had 5,500 grafts.

My hair was thinning in the front and on the top of my head, but in just 6 months I now have a thick head of hair again. Friends keep complimenting me and saying I look 10 years younger!

I had my hair transplant at UniquEra in Turkey about six weeks ago, and it was an amazing experience. At first, I was hesitant to trust anyone, but once I did, everything they promised was delivered perfectly. I especially appreciated that they are honest, never exaggerate, and truly keep their word.
I want to give a special thanks to Rafat for staying so updated throughout the consultation process, and to Dr. Atakan, who performed the procedure with incredible patience, answering all my questions thoroughly. Most of all, I want to thank Hazem Altal for the meticulous instructions and the exceptional care he provided during the post-procedure period.

Travelling for a hair transplant can feel like a big step emotionally, but the team in Istanbul made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. Everything was very well organised, from the airport transfers to the clinic appointments. The drivers were always on time and the whole process felt very professional.

We were also placed in a really great hotel, which made the trip even more comfortable. My family member was able to stay there with me, which meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier and more relaxing.

At the clinic, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The medical team took great care of me during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I honestly felt very well looked after and knew I was in good hands.

I also appreciated that they gave me honest advice and realistic expectations about the results.

I had a great experience with the entire team. Dr. Atakan and Cengiz truly have incredible skills and made me feel confident throughout the procedure. Rafa explained everything in a very detailed and caring way, including the aftercare process, which I really appreciated. Emad was very helpful with the city tour, and Elda, the medical consultant, supported me from the initial consultation all the way through the procedure.

The whole team made me feel at home. I also discovered how beautiful and safe Istanbul is. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

As a Canadian citizen I have already explored several options in Canada in different clinics and to be honest prices are too high comparing what UniquEra Clinic offers.After I spoke with Elda in my opinion is one of the best Consultants at UniquEra Clinic , after I booked a consultation with her I realized it’s not only about the cost it’s but it's about the advanced technology and expertise available in Istanbul. There is a reason why Istanbul is considered the capital of hair restoration. The level of innovation and high-end technology they use really stood out to me. I truly appreciated the professionalism and the detailed explanation during the consultation.

From my first consulation, Erisjona took the time to get to know me, my hair history and expectations. We talked for 2 hours. No pressure, i could book a surgery date whenever i wanted and you can ask her questions whenever you want. When you arrive in Istanbul, you will get clear instructions on how to find the vehicle that will take you to your hotel. From the hotel to the clinic its the same thing. You’ll know the day before when you’ll get picked up. No moment of confusion. At the clinic, you’ll be welcomed with open arms. I was nervous before the surgery but trust me, they know what they’re doing. The doctor will lay out your surgery plan, hairline and the final graft count. Zero complications. The only thing that hurts a bit was the anesthesia needles. After that, you can sleep throughout the surgery totally painless. Next day you’ll have the wash and you’re free to go. After the surgery, you’re not on your own. My medical consultant(Erisjona) stays in touch with me and i can ask her anything that i would like to know. If you want a clinic in turkey for a hair transplant, this is the clinic. Big shoutout to Erisjona and the unique era team! I have used the UniquEra Hair Transplant Clinic on two occasions. I found the customer service and patient care to be first rate. I was quickly transported from the airport in a comfortable and spacious vehicle to my spiffy hotel room. The procedure itself took place the following day. The day after that was an after-care appointment where your scalp is washed and the bandages are removed. Now, the all important question: is it painful. On my first trip, I opted for no sedation and while the numbing only takes around 10 minutes, it is a long 10 minutes. Very painful. The remainder isn’t painful. It’s just a long procedure . Fortunately, this clinic is one of the few that offers sedation, which I opted for on my second trip. The sedation doesn’t knock you out but it definitely eliminates the pain. It also makes you loopy throughout the procedure (at least for me), which made the time go by significantly faster. They do charge extra for this but the cost is negligible when compared to the benefits. I would highly recommend this company. They not only know what they’re doing but they keep in contact throughout the procedure and even after to make sure your hair growth journey is seamless.

Extra tips: Both hotels I stayed at did not have microwaves, so if you’re bringing food with you, make sure it doesn’t need to be warmed up. Also, if you can afford business class or 1st class flights, pay extra because it’s a long flight (especially coming from America). Make sure to get an ESIM for your phone. I learned the hard way on my first trip that my phone carrier didn’t offer service, even roaming. Your hotel and the location of your surgery both have WiFi but it doesn’t hurt to have service as a backup plan.

The professionalism and attention to detail from the time we had the chat initially with Sibora and Juliana to the procedure done by Dr Cengiz and his team was excellent. They made us feel just at home.

I chose to have my procedure done with them after careful study of their stellar reputation, genuine reviews from satisfied and grateful customers, and before and after photos and videos. But, the friendliness, unmatched care, and professionalism from their staff on all levels is probably one of their best attributes. The preliminary consultations and detailed deliberations gave me confidence to proceed, and the undivided attention along the travel arrangements, airport pick up, excellent accommodation, and clear financial arrangement made the whole trip more of an opportunity to relax and invest in one's confidence.
the medical staff was first class in all aspects. They clearly explained the procedure, and performed it with little discomfort and on time. I am already seeing positive results even before the 3 months expectations. 2nd time around it was awesome again. Came to get a second hair transplant in Istanbul @UniquEra. Which might i add did a fabulous job but it just didn't end there. My friend who now i consider my brother Emad showed me and my brother Kevin the great city of Istanbul. If you have never been i encouraged you to go and explore this city with Emad he is very knowledgeable of the culture and the history of this city. Best tour guide you can ask for. The people are very professional and friendly. The service is excellent and always available for any help, including on video. Everyone is polite, considerate, and professional. You can even take a break during the procedure if needed. The food is good, and everything is well organized, including taxis. Overall, it’s a very smooth and enjoyable experience.
