I had my procedure at Uniquera in August 2024, and the whole experience was genuinely very good. I was referred by a friend, and from the first moment everything felt organized and professional.
During the consultation, Juliana and Sibora explained everything clearly and went through all the details with me so I knew exactly what to expect.
The procedure itself went perfectly. The doctors were professional, the clinic was clean and well-organized, and everything ran smoothly. Now I’m about four months into my results, and I really love how my hairline is looking. I’m very satisfied with the progress so far.
I was so happy with my experience that I even brought my brother for his operation in October, and he was also very satisfied with the service.

This was my second hair transplant, and just like the first experience, I achieved amazing results. I decided to return to achieve a thicker, fuller look in the front.
From the moment I landed, the experience was seamless. I used WhatsApp to quickly locate my driver and confirm the pickup. They transported me to my hotel smoothly. Upon arrival, the team provided clear information about my consultation and the schedule for my second hair transplant.
Everyone on the team was incredibly helpful and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It truly was a stress-free experience.
The next day, I received the final wash and post-care instructions, and then I was on my way. It’s been over a month since the procedure, and while I am still in the healing process, I am confident that I will achieve the results I desire. Patience is key!

I've been struggling with hair thinning and honestly didn't know where to start. A friend told me about Uniquera so I thought I'd give them a try.
I Had my consultation call with Egla and I'm really happy with how it went. She wasn't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. She just listened to everything I had to say about my hair concerns and didn't rush me at all.
Egla explained the different options I have in a way that actually made sense to me. No confusing medical jargon or anything like that. I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me figure out what would work best for my situation.

First of all, I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews. In fact, I rarely ever write them. But this time, I genuinely felt the need to share my experience because I am truly grateful.
I’ve been dealing with hair loss for a while, and even though I wanted to take action, I never quite found the courage to move forward. A close friend knew I was struggling and recommended I book a consultation with UniquEra and I’m so glad I listened.
I had my consultation with Erisjona, and she exceeded every expectation. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, yet also very kind, warm, and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood the process. I didn’t feel rushed ,I felt genuinely cared for.

I recently had a consultation with one of UniquEra Clinic’s medical consultants, Erisjona Troksi, and the experience was genuinely exceptional. From the start, she made the process feel very human ,even arranging our video call through a simple Google link, which I appreciated.
During the consultation, we discussed my hair-loss history in detail. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to caring for my hair, and I’m very focused on maintaining the thickness and density on my crown, hairline, and top area. Erisjona took the time to understand this and was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and current techniques. She explained the DHI Choi Pen method in a clear and informative way, especially in cases where a patient is dealing with thinning.
What impressed me most was how thorough she was. The consultation lasted over 40 minutes, covering everything from the initial assessment to what the journey looks like over the following 12 months. I was also referred by a friend, and now I understand why they recommended the clinic.

Worth the Trip — Great Team and Smooth Experience
I recently traveled to Turkey for a 4,300-graft transplant at Uniquera Clinic, and overall I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them.
From the start, communication was outstanding. Juliana and Egla were proactive, responsive, and supportive through every step, even though all communication was remote.
The medical team seemed professional, skilled, and friendly, and the procedure itself went smoothly. I also recommend choosing sedation if available — it made the experience far more comfortable given the intensity of the local anesthesia.
On-site, Emad, the operations manager, was fantastic — personable, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. I also briefly met the owner, who seemed genuinely committed to running a clinic with high medical standards and a strong focus on quality results.
The only downside was the hotel, where we couldn’t control the room temperature, which made recovery less comfortable. This was arranged through a third party and not a reflection of the clinic itself.
My only suggestion is to make the post-care instructions more clear and visual — for example, a simple chart or product-photo timeline showing what to use, when, how much, and for how long.
It’s still early (just over a week), but I’m happy with my decision, feel well cared for, and am optimistic about the results. I’ll update as things progress over the next 9–12 months.
