Scam Robbie Williams tickets didn't arrive and now I have to fight my corner with my credit card company to prove it was a scam

No any tickets received, spent almost £1k
Soooo terrible!

No reply. Website is not accessible. Ticket has not come. Who can help? No one. The concert is next week.

Just realised on the day of Robbie Williams BST Hyde Park that we never received actual tickets. Over £500 lining someone’s pockets. Gutted. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

We bought quite a few tickets for the Olympics. Whenever we asked about the delivery we were told that everything is fine and tickets will arrive soon. Now the website is offline and nobody answering the phone / emails. Terrible scam, but we'll do everything to find this Mark.

No tickets received for Robbie Williams after paying hundreds and hundreds of pounds to go tomorrow at Hyde Park and find out it's all been a scam.

The people behind this want their fingers broken 1 at a time, smash their shins with a sledge hammer and dragging across gravel bare backed and then after all that, sit them Infront of everyone who has been f***ed over and say sorry. Absolutely disgusting creatures.

My Olympic tickets have not arrived - the phone line has been disconnected and the website taken down. No response to my e mail. Luckily they were purchsed on Mastercard so I have fraud protection and hopefully will get my money back. So so disappointing and I spoke to him in person and checked companies house that it existed.

Did anyone get the tickets for AC/DC concert this week?

Scam website. Unfortunately bought 3 tickets for Robbie Williams - and have lost £350 as a result.

I brought 2 tikets for AC/DC and I have no answer from them. Site is down and at the phone and email nobody answer. Is a scam.I contacted the Action Fraud team.

We bought two tickets for AC/DC in February, didn’t receive any tickets so emailed Universal Sport but didn’t receive any reply. We have now found out, after reading the reviews, that it’s a scam. The website doesn’t seem to be operating now so can’t even get in touch with Universal Sport Tickets now. Does anyone know what’s the best thing to do to try and get our money back? Thank you

Unfortunately it’s a scam. Website seemed fine when I bought 2x Robbie Williams tickets on the 31st January. The limited company that was registered under this name, has folded. Allegedly Universalsportsticets.com was trying to misrepresent Universalsports.agency. The guy behind Universalsportstickets nama is Mark Leslie Brace.

SCAM This company or as they claim is an absolute scam,booked three tickets for acdc for July 3rd,have sent emails but no response whatsoever,have tried going on there website but is now no connection,it links to cloudfare which shows the site is down which doesnt say much about them to allow fraudelent websites to operate with them,all in all losing about 800pounds with travel and accomodation,so please do not use these SCAMMERS

Wouldn't even give it a 1 star... they have now taken down their website and disconnected their phones owing hundreds of people money, including myself... the reviews came too late for me. I ordered ACDC tickets for 3rd of July for my step dad for father's day... absolutely gutted. Police have been notified and will be contacting my bank. I suggest others do the same.

We did not receive our EM tickets.

Don't trust this site!! Its a scam !!! I once fell victim to their deceitful tactics, losing a significant amount of money in the process. This individual has identified himself as Mark. I strongly dislike you, and I have reported you as a thief to every available platform.

It's a scam page please don't trust this page. I have ordered two tickets for the match of portugal vs czech but i didn't received any kind of emails or tickets. I lost 350€ only for tickets and other money's for the bookings like transportation fee, stay fee..so please don't trust this page and report it.

Unfortunately, we read the many bad recessions too late.
Under no circumstances should you trust really well-made websites. It's a scam.
We ordered and bought tickets to the Olympics and never received them.
We filed a police report and instructed the bank to reimburse the costs.
There is no reaction from Mark!

Attention, potential customers:

Do not make the mistake of using Universal sports tickets. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and fraudulent. After acknowledging a transaction issue on their end, they not only failed to provide a refund but also completely ignored all my emails seeking resolution. This level of deceit and disregard for customers' rights is outrageous.

My experience with Universal sports tickets serves as a warning: They lure you in with promises they have no intention of keeping and then disappear when it's time to fulfill their obligations. Avoid them at all costs to protect yourself from financial loss and unnecessary stress.

Please spread the word to prevent others from falling victim to this unethical business practice.
