Absolute joke of a company. 3 days before Liam Gallagher I get an email to say tickets had been refunded. Looks like I won’t be getting my money back. Hotel booked too which I can’t get a refund. Avoid at all costs

I bought a full price ticket for Green Day in Manchester, 21st June from this company.
I have just received an email cancelling the ticket and claiming a refund has been sent!
I have received NO refund, and no explanation for the reason the ticket is cancelled.
I WILL be taking this further.

Terrible service, i bought 4 tickets last year for a Christmas present for my wife and daughters for the Liam Gallagher Manchester gig on the 15th June. Just got an email to say that money has been refunded!! I would stay well clear of this business, they probably never had the tickets in the first place, just held the money and gained the interest off everyone they scammed. No refund in bank yet either!!

**Update- my full refund was paid back into my account today(5th), still not Happy with the service but at least got money back.

Meant to be watching Liam Gallagher this weekend, it's now Monday, no tickets, no updates, and no response to emails! I'm guessing I have been scammed, don't buy anything from this company!!!!

Absolute scammers, sons 16th birthday gift absolutely ruined, do not waste your money on this god awful site!

As with all these others told three days before the Liam gig that I would not be getting any tickets. Now I have useless train tickets and accommodation which is non refundable at this late notice.

Live chat is never open. Telephone lines are always closed. Tickets never come. Refund hasn’t arrived! Please check all the above if you don’t believe me but above all please please don’t be ripped off and pay your hard earned money to this site and be mugged off like hundreds of others.

Let down for Liam Gallagher tickets 3 days before event. Clearly a scam company as I’m not the only one it’s happened to. I’m tagged in an email with 46 other people so they’re not too concerned about GDPR laws either! I’m sure they’ll hide behind their excuse of being let down by their supplier but it’s obviously lies. So many bad reviews. Feel an idiot for giving them benefit of doubt. Harvesting money for interest or investment maybe? Needs looking in to

We purchased 4 tickets to see Liam Gallagher in October for £1000 and have been so looking forward to it since then. This company have sent a joint email to us and roughly 45 others to tell us that they do not have the tickets 3 days before we are due to see him! What a con! All that money of ours they have had since then. Who knows if we will see a refund but we definitely won’t be seeing Liam G after excitedly waiting all this time.

Sold us 4 x Liam tickets back in November for £636. Emailed this week 3 days prior to the gig to say they could no longer supply. Clearly just harvesting peoples payments and then cancelling orders and refunding prior to the gigs. I would imagine some sort of scam involving holding huge amounts of cash in order to draw interest from it. The only response from them is that they will refund, I should hope you will refund, if not we will initiate a card chargeback. Theres no mention of the fact that they have held £636 for 6 months with no intention to ever supply. Will they also cover card % rates during this time ? Or how about offering to cover the difference in price it’s now costing to purchase these tickets elsewhere so close to the date of the gig ?

terrible . I’ve never been more disappointed. They sold us two unowned tickets. However , 2 days before the LIAM GALLAGHER concert at the Sheffield arena they sent us an email explaining how they had refunded the money back and that our (non existent) tickets was cancelled . Absolutely a disgrace and will not be using this business EVER again .

Communication is absolutely shocking!
Told me not even 24 hours ago that tickets was ready to be released within 48 hours (this is already 3 days before the event)

To then get told that they have had to cancel. This IS a scam company please do not use.

Currently waiting on a 'refund' which i believe i will never see.

The number doesnt answer. They debit my credit card 595£, and i cant comunicate with them. I paid for three ticket for italy-albani match. If emailed them and still no reply. If i dont get my money back i will find you, dont worry.

The phone number doesnt work. Someone with the name mark ( without surname, without job position in the company, or phone number) reply to me.

U tell me that u ship the tickets to me, but they are available only in electronic mode.
I will file criminal charges against you if u give my money back

I bought 2 standing tickets for Bruce Springsteen for Sunderland 22nd May. I was worried that I had been scammed as I hadn't received tickets 3 days in advance. No answer to calls but Mark did respond by email on the sales at universalsportstickets address. He promised tickets would be sent by Ticketmaster but none arrived. After another email he called me 3 times to let me know tickets were transferred via AXS and they were. So it all worked well for us and Mark was helpful.

Ordered two standing tickets to Bruce Springsteen tonight (Sunderland stadium of light) on 29/02/2024. Still have not received any tickets!!!
Sent email to sales @ universalsports.com and have called 02036088404 numerous times and nothing from either. £280 out of pocket!
Avoid at all costs!!

Bought 2 tickets for Bruce Springsteen. Mark sorted them out . No dramas, top man👍👍

I nearly purchased AC/DC front row standing tickets but the price made me rethink. They are much lower than resale tickets for a sold out gig.

I searched the company name in GOV.UK to see if they are a registered company and nothing. Their name is not registered in the UK.

So next steps, i've sent off their website to GOV.UK for review, they will close it down if its a scam. If they come back to me and advise it's legitimate, i will change my review and let everyone know. But for now, if it's too good to be true, then it is.

Initially concerned as bad reviews had been posted but I need not have worried. The service and Mark in particular were frirst class and when I needed a refund as I could no longer attend the event Mark sorted it out without any fuss. Well done !!

My experience is below, now as per your response: Your line may be open, but nobody ever picks up. Let alone you not having any tickets to sell, just scamming people out of their money.
