DONT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEW RATE
logged on for appointment, transferred to technician who never responded. The an email later said "I don't know how this happened," and Made another appointment for a week later. OK, I guess mistakes get made, I guess I will wait another week for an appointment that similar services take care of within a 4 hour period. SAME THING! I just waited 2 weeks, to sit at my computer and realize a technician was not coming (2x).
A follow up, these guys reported my review on trustpilot to take it off (TWICE!) and said my transaction never existed (Had to email proof to trustpilot!) which was a lie. Then said I used offensive language, which I did not (I used a term used to identify business that are not real).
This is why they have good reviews, they delete any bad ones.

Now I understand, this is a negative review out of frustration.
I will also explain why - You've purchased a service a few months ago with us, there was an issue which led to an unfortunate situation where our technician, indeed, was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Following on this with you, we tried to contact you and assist you in getting in touch with the technician to resolve this and get the service that you paid for.
Unfortunately, we got no response from you. You were too focused to post a negative review, being aggressive and show the world what a bad company we are.
TrustPilot did their job, fairly judged the review and removed it.
You have been refunded at that time for the service that you purchased and you didn't purchase anything else with us. Clearly you don't want to get a service, you're just unsatisfied and want to get some attention.
I'm sorry we came across, wish you all the best in your venture of getting that device unlocked.

Absolutely fab took a bit longer than expected but unlock unit kept me updated on everything and was able to send me a code in 2 days. Very happy will use again to unlock my phones

Super quick service. They were unable to unlock my iPhone XR but they let me know in less than 24 hours of ordering and were prompt to refund my money. Will definitely use UnlockUnit in the future if needed.

We're getting updates constantly, so in case we were not able to deliver, you can always try to contact us 2, 3 weeks after and maybe there is a chance to assist you then.

VERY DISSATISFIED!!
It's been over 4 weeks that I ordered an unlock code and my phone is still locked. No one can explain to me why the phone is not unlocked. I asked for a refund two weeks ago and was told to send in a video of the phone to show what it is doing and saying. I did that and have not received any email back from them since. They take your money and say the phone will be unlocked but never is. There is supposed to be a money back guarantee but that is also a lie. They just start ignoring your emails when you ask for a refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!
Update:
I gave them payment on September 17, over two months ago. I have sent six emails in the last three weeks with no response to any. All communication has stopped from them now and still have not received any refund. They have a guarantee that if they cannot unlock your phone, you will get refunded. Totally untrue! I have done everything they asked me to do throughout this whole process but got nothing they promised. I'll say it again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!

Paid for the fastest service they had which was $41turnaround time was 1 to 6 hours even got confirmation that they had my unlock codes before I purchased it and it is now 4 hours past the timeframe no delay email or anything will not recommend

They contacted me with an email the day after saying that the code is delayed and said they will do a partial refund in the event that the code doesn't come in the next 1 to 2 hours that was at 2:27 a.m it is now 11:11 a.m no email from them yet

There has been to response or contact from the company in regards to a refund or update on my unlock status this is after I paid to have it unlocked within 1 to 6 hours and a day after they originally emailed me saying they will refund me a portion of my money if the unlock code isn't received in 1 to 2 hours

En mi caso NO tuve éxito. Se trata de un dispositivo Apple Xr que compré por error en eBay, que está bloqueado por la operadora británica EE, y que la vendedora no me avisó del bloqueo sabiendo que era español. De todas maneras estoy muy satisfecho de la atención por parte de UnlockUnit.com que intentaron por todos los medios liberar el dispositivo, manteniéndome informado en todo momento del progreso en el proceso.
