after 2 weeks and 2 of their code…
after 2 weeks and 2 of their code supplier they still couldnt find the code.now they want me to pay $25 extra so they could use their third code supplier.hahaha no thank you!!!real bad!
And they were trying to delete this review too.i almost didnt follow up just because its too much hassle as most people will do.so watch out people

Bad Business practice!!
These guys did not tell me phone had an internal system to unlock my phone, and no code was required. When I discovered this and unlocked my phone, I contacted them less then an hour of making my purchase, I explained I did not need the code any longer, please cancel my order, They refused and I had to dispute the charge, Bad business!!

My experience was not what I had hoped…
My experience was not what I had hoped for. There was a delay in getting the code, which I was okay with that. However, they sent me these codes with no instructions at all on the input order. I tried to get assistance through customer service and never got a response. After putting in the codes, none of them worked and my phone is still locked

I’m glad I didn’t hire them to unlock my house; I would still be outside.
Unfortunately I spent a lot of time working with the support team to no avail. They were unable to unlock my phone. The first 3 or 4 emails following their instructions was unsuccessful and I suggested that we were both wasting our time and would appreciate a refund. Instead I was passed over to a Customer Manager and tried further commands that didn’t work either. He then suggested it was the PUK Code and would supply it for a further $15.00 US. it seemed to me that would be throwing good money after bad and I once again requested a refund. I asked for a definitive answer but was advised that as far as they were concerned they supplied a code and the account is completed. The other piece of information I discovered while researching this phone was that original service on the phone was required by Canadian Law to supply the unlock code. I didn’t mind paying their fee for the Unlock if they had in fact unlocked it but they were unable too. I think it was the offhand response that I received that prompted me to write this review.

I don't want to say more than you already said in one of the emails after we supplied the code when your order got completed:
"Hi Andrei:
Thanks for responding to my problem, I talked to the original owner of the cell and he confirmed that it was a Telus phone with Koodo sim card. I went to the local Telus store and they gave me the unlock code which is the same code that you supplied. I read through the Lock Level blog and confirm that the Rom is the original build. The other 2 options for unlocking on the page didn’t work. If you would give me more suggestions I would be very appreciative.

From your email, anyone can understand that you received what you paid for, unfortunately you had a different locking issue and asked for more help.
I think that your answer shows that we did address your concerns and we were ready to help you further to get that locking issue resolved.
Most likely it was troubling to see that they've provided that code for free in this case and you paid the order with us.

I wasted hours on the phone to Vodafone and O2 with no joy of unlocking my phone. One email to these guys and it was sorted. An amazingly quick and personal services too. I can not recommend enough.

It worked fine, only problem was the time, instead of 3 days it took 7 days. Regardless of that, they were always sending email's too let me know how it was and how many time would it take. Client satisfied.
