Excellent. I submitted my unlock request at around midnight and I received 2 unlock codes by email 12 hours later. The second code worked perfectly. The comprehensive instructions were easy to follow and the ability to pay by PayPal made me feel finacially secure. I would definitely use this service again.

I am no tech person and when I contacted this company I thought I had made it clear what I required. They took my money then told me that what they provided was no good for what I wanted. Despite this they have not refunded my fee. I received what I consider an extremely ignorant and abusive response from Andrei F - Customer Service Manager - who should be sacked for his response. Other companies of this kind have always been most helpful in the past and sympathetic with customers whose knowledge of tech issues is not great and would never treat their customers in this way. When I used another company, who were extremely helpful, my issue was resolved in a few minutes and at half the price.

This was a total utter waste of money as the codes did not work. All info I read said you just put the code in to unlock the sim. With this company, you are told to remove the sim and use another sim from a different service provider which I do not have and this was not stated before I paid! Cowboy country don't trust them."
You seemed really confident about this situation, explaining that you understood the service description and that we're not to be trusted.
Again, inform yourself. A network locked device usually means that you can use that device only with that provider and you're getting a service like ours because you want to switch providers and the current provider has a lock on the device and it doesn't allow you to do so for free.
SIM pin number is a security code that you as the device owner will use for your privacy. It has nothing to do with the service that you purchased and reviewed.
I really hope you will stay aside from the online services, as it is clear that the only thing that you can do is not to understand how the service works and publicly destroy it by posting a negative review out of frustration.

It worked!
It worked! I was highly skeptical of using this company (and all others) but after many phone calls where ATT and Samsung were bouncing me back and worth without truly understanding what a network PUK was, I decided to use it and I was not disappointed!!! A couple of days and they sent me both codes (PIN and PUK). Their web page may have some issues: make sure to click only once for the payment and then check whether you have been charged. Even if it looked like it was still loading, my transaction was complete and everything went through smoothly.

Waist of Money and Time
placed an order 13 working days ago and no code has been given.
It's for a top seller Samsung phone, so it would be expected to have this fixed in a shorter time
I've asked for refund given the lack of commitment and postponing dates , excusing themselves with their suppliers.
After this it was advised to hold a couple more days that another supplier would look onto it, I agreed on this.
After all the attempts ( as they say ) they are yet unable to get me what I have paid for
They are refusing to refund me.
Avoid this dishonest provider

Successful (but slow) Metro PCS unlock
I went with Unlockunit based on review of stellar customer service and an honest company that gets results. Upfront I explained the type and nature of my unlock request, specifically for a Metro PCS Moto G7 Power. The customer service rep was prompt in their response that a Metro PCS G7 could be unlocked, so I took the plunge and sent my money. Overall the communication and customer service by Unlockunit are unparalleled and based on this alone I give this company my endorsement. The only complaint that I have with this firm is that the timeline they promised was not kept which resulted in an enormous inconvenience to me by having to extend my Metro PCS service by ANOTHER month due to the lethargy of the unlock process. Remember I was VERY specific about the make and model of the phone and even paid the expedited premium price tag to get the job done in 1-9 days. The company missed the timeline mark. When I expressed my displeasure they offered a 20% rebate after some negotiation. Bottom line, my phone is successfully unlocked, sadly they missed the 1-9 day premium time slot...however I was compensated for their ineptitude.
