First of all, they were very patient with me. It took me awhile to come around and to my part to record a video. The quality of delivery was excellent (I love the video VSL) they made, and were generous with revisions. Great team, very friendly. Everyone was very nice, and proactive to ensure I was happy and the deliverable was the best quality.
