Top team, really clean process at high speed to set you up for success. The team and systems behind are exactly what we were looking for, they are incredibly responsive and agile. Talking to Liam provided a lot of clarity to our specific needs.

We came to Unorthodox with a strong offer and a messaging problem. We knew exactly what we did for our clients. We could not get it to land on a screen the way it landed in a conversation.

They built all of it. The video sales letter, every landing page, the pieces that connect them. And they built it with us rather than at us. They asked better questions than we were ready for, and when we pushed back they got curious instead of defensive.

Worth noting that there are two of us, and we do not always agree. That is a hard thing for a vendor to navigate. Instead of picking a side or splitting the difference into something bland, they kept pulling us back to what the work actually needed to accomplish. The final version is better than what either of us walked in with.

The result sounds like us, only sharper. Our clients are coaches, consultants and fractional executives, so tone is not a small thing for us. Unorthodox got it right, and we are genuinely proud to send people to what they built.

Two things we would tell anyone considering them. They move fast. And they care whether the work performs, not just whether it ships. That combination is rarer than it should be.

I don't write reviews very often, but Unorthodox absolutely earned this one.

I originally came in just wanting to test the waters. I purchased one of their lower-ticket offers because I thought, "Let me just see what the quality is like."

I was genuinely blown away. I felt like I owed them more money!

The VSL they created was exceptional. Then I purchased their Blueprint, and that completely changed how I communicate my business. It helped me refine my messaging, identify my ideal customer, clarify my offer, and uncover gaps I didn't even realize existed. It wasn't just another template, it was thoughtful, strategic, and incredibly well executed.

After seeing the level of quality they delivered on those smaller projects, I had COMPLETE confidence moving into their premium done-for-you service.

It turned out to be one of the best business investments I've made.

The funnel, the copy, the messaging, the strategy, the design, the organization... every deliverable reflected an incredible attention to detail. Nothing felt rushed or generic. Everything felt intentional and built by people who genuinely care about producing exceptional work.

The production process was equally impressive. Their filming instructions were incredibly detailed, making it easy to know exactly what was needed. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I felt supported every step of the way.

I also had the opportunity to speak with Liam, and I left that conversation inspired. Having a CEO who is approachable, down-to-earth, and willing to personally extend grace to clients says a lot about the culture they've built.

And that culture shows up everywhere.

George, Joy, Mark, Jeremie, Ilija, Kewin, and every other team member I interacted with were responsive, encouraging, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. You can tell this isn't just a company, it's a team of people who care deeply about doing great work and seeing their clients win.

What impressed me most is that their passion doesn't end after you've paid them.

If anything, that's when it begins.

They continue checking in, offering strategic guidance, answering questions, and encouraging you forward. Their follow-up isn't transactional, it feels like they're genuinely invested in your success.

I've worked with a lot of companies over the years, and unfortunately many lose their energy once the sale is complete.

Unorthodox was the complete opposite.

Now I completely understand why they're called Unorthodox.

They don't operate like everyone else.

They don't chase quick wins.

They don't cut corners.

They don't disappear after onboarding.

They deliver premium work, surround it with premium people, and create an experience that makes you feel like they're building with you, not just for you.

Im super happy with what they built for me. Ive always had an issue with other companies because they tried fitting my vision in the only box they knew how to market. But I feel like they actually took my vision, helped me refine my offer into something marketable and created solid assets to market it. I was a little sceptical before joining Unorthodox, but honestly they’ve been fantastic from start to finish.

The communication has been one of the biggest standouts for me. Ryan has been brilliant throughout the whole process, and Joy and the rest of the team have been equally helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Every time I’ve sent a message, I’ve had a quick, clear response, which has made the whole experience really easy.

The quality of the work has been excellent too. Both my VSL script and ad scripts were really well written, and the finished videos look professional and polished. Whenever I’ve asked for changes, they’ve turned them around incredibly quickly. I also love that they offer unlimited revisions. There was never any resistance to making tweaks, and the whole process felt seamless until everything was exactly how I wanted it.

I haven’t launched my VSL or ads yet, so I can’t comment on results or conversions at this stage. But what I can say is that having everything connected and consistent… from the messaging through to the finished videos… has given me a lot of confidence, and I’m genuinely excited to get everything live.

Based on my experience so far, I’d happily work with Unorthodox again on future projects, and I’d have no hesitation recommending them. If you’re looking for a team to help create a professional VSL or high-quality ad creatives, I’d definitely recommend giving them a look.

Ryan and the team did an exceptional job editing and revising my ad scripts and VSLs. My meeting with Isaac was also really helpful. The result as professional, smooth edits , great sound quality and B-roll and a job that saved me many hours.

I would recommend them to any agency owner who is tired of wearing all of the hats and needs a team to execute things quickly! We will be returning for more services in the future.

The sales call was the high point. You'll see the business owners there, and their ads look great. After that, you're handed off to a large overseas team and the owners essentially disappear. I had 15 people in one Slack channel, only two of them the actual owners, and tagging them got no response. Completely hands-off after the sale.

The operations are fragmented and slow. Slack messages could take three to four days to get a reply. My account lead didn't even have a company email address, which felt unprofessional.

They put you through a massive intake document that took me about two hours to complete, then barely used any of it. The landing page they built included information that wasn't anywhere in that context doc, so they were clearly filling gaps with AI and not constraining it properly. The VSL script was obviously AI-generated and sounded nothing like me. Iterations came back with typos and small mistakes scattered across four-plus pages, which is a pain to review when you're the one paying them to get it right.

The end result was the biggest bottleneck in my campaign. I ran over an 8% click-through rate on my ads and got a 0% opt-in rate on the landing page they built. That gap points squarely at the page. I ended up fixing it myself which was a good learning lesson.

Once it's built, everything is on you, and they don't make that clear. No real instructions on anything.

My honest read: they lean too heavily on overseas VAs running templated frameworks, and the owners never get involved. This space changes every week, and a recycled template won't keep up without hands-on input. My ad person was genuinely great, but the landing page side let the whole thing down.

I'd look elsewhere. Worth checking out Wit Media - they're scrappy, US-based, cheaper, actually on your calls, and only get paid for results so they're incentivized to do a good job.

My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Everything has been first class. The onboarding process was smooth, communication was excellent throughout, and the final VSL script completely exceeded my expectations. The quality of the script is incredible. It was far better than I could have imagined and captured exactly what I wanted to say, only in a way I never could have written myself. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. If you’re considering working with them, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

The team at unorthodox systems was phenomenal. Overall great experience with Joy, Jexyvs and Ryan they respond to you fast with edits, corrections and guidance along the way. If you want your VSL done fast and done right, hire Unorthodox systems.
