Game changing CRM that helps me find business, not just track it
I’ve tried a few different CRMs as a residential agent working the DC metro area, and most of them are just glorified address books. Unreal is different because it actually helps me find the exact right people I should be talking to. I can search in any given neighborhood on its map feature and choose the blocks I want to target, and it gives me a clean list of homeowners in seconds!
That owner lookup is the past that really sold me. Many DC row homes and condos are held in LLCs and trusts, which meant a dead end for me. Unreal finds the owner, the real person, and gives me their phone and email. I quit my other skip tracing service because Unreal does it so much faster, and more reliably.
I love that calls, texts, and emails all happen within the platform and get logged automatically. It’s so handy to have a person’s history info right there when they call back, especially if it’s been a long time.
