I recently purchased a Joule immersion heater from Unvented Components Europe and was thoroughly impressed. The website was easy to navigate, the product was clearly described, and the checkout process was smooth.

I was unsure of which part I needed, so sent a photo by whatsapp and I was sent the link to the replacement part. Very handy service and my order was delivered the next day. Will definitely be using them again

Always helpful and friendly, I WhatsApp photos of parts I need and get a reply back very fast with web links to the product. Nice and easy.

I ordered the part and was given a delivery date, no item delivered and when I checked on it said the item was delayed.I e mailed the company asking when is the item arriving and got no response.
Today I have received a message saying item delivered and it definitely has not been delivered

We've been using Unvented Components for many years, a great fast website, an excellent range of stock that's always available and next day delivery that's never failed me yet!

Have used twice; delivery was done by Royal Mail not a budget courier - quick and painless. Only minor quibble is p&p. I found the same item cheaper on eBay (from this same place). So maybe potential to align in the future. But otherwise good value, good delivery, easy to use website and incredibly quick - ordered Thursday arrived Saturday. Thank you so much 😀

Maybe one of the best online buying experience I have ever had. I had problems with putting in Norway as delivery address. When I contacted customer service I received very quick response and help.
