All in one nice shop and good products BUT be aware that they're a 100% lying to you about their return policies!!! They're either going to ignore your emails or will tell you a weird reason why it's not possible to return your item, you will not get your money back so better think twice about buying their stuff!

I bought a underwear ("Black cutout underwear KF83206") for like 36$.
I am very dissatisfied, the article does not correspond to the photograph.
There should be a star on the chest: there isn't. The breast should be "framed" by two lace elements, one above and one below: the upper ones are missing. There must have been a ribbon on the hips: not present in the package. Under this ribbon there must have been a small tulle skirt decorated with two little bows: instead of the little bows there is a huge bow.
In the photo there was also a chocker with a bell, which arrived in the package but without any type of closure, therefore it must be worn over the head. It's not particularly elastic and although I'm very petite it doesn't go through my head.
Seeing "one size" I was expecting something that fits me well, but it fits me quite wide.

I'm sad, I spent a lot of money and I couldn't wait to have my outfit. I chose not to return it because I want to try to fix it by sewing it, but the dissatisfaction remains.
I hope my review can help someone. I don't know if all items have these problems, if in doubt stay away from this item.

I got a beautiful wig off of this website and loved it so much! The quality of the wig is very nice! Its not very thin, and not shiny at all! I also had amazing experience with the customer service! Unzzy has a lot of amazing clothing and accessory options. The prices are fair and they offer a lot of discounts. Their customer support is extraordinary and attentive. I have bought a costume and lenses from them, the costume was of great quality. The lenses were soft and comfortable even though I haven't worn contacts in years, I was able to comfortably use even the irregular designs. I purchased wigs from them and they didn't tangle and were super realistic looking that my friends thought I had a hair makeover.
I already have my next purchase coming up so I am excited on continuing being their customer.

Very cheaply made. Another fast fashion brand don't waste your money. Also promotes anorexia and other eating disorders to shill their product.

Pro anorexia brand that supports several well known, bad, influencers on social media. Giving them money and items to try and market their brand.
Also buying followers.

The shop sells a huge range of things and I've bought a bunch of items of clothes and some chunky boots. Most of the clothes are like the images, if not a little bit different, though some of the size charts are missing from the website. I had to email the customer service to ask about certain measurements, because I have weird body proportions and always need to refer back to size charts.
The way orders ship out is that certain items are separated across different parcels, maybe 2-4 items per parcel, so if you order many items they'll arrive separately.
Generally happy with the quality, and at one point they forgot to send me part of my first order, so they offered me a discount for 20% if I ordered something else, and they would include the forgotten item as well as 3 free gifts. So I think that's a pretty good deal because I was easily able to find something else I liked on there, and each order you place comes with at least 1 small free gift anyway.
Pretty good website for clothes and shoes as far as I can tell, and responsive customer service. You might have to prompt them a little in case your order ships out in separate parcels because sometimes they might only give you one tracking number and you'll have to ask for the rest, but the items tend to be quite lovely. One was thicker material than expected, one was slightly different from the photos and one a bit too loose, but these were minor things and the other 6-7 items I got were pretty nice.
Wouldn't mind buying again if something else pops up that looks cute.

I just bought 2 pairs of cow slippers off this website and its sponsored by insta and has vouchers and coupons on honey. So initially I thought it was legit, but it charged me $23 over and I have proof as well. Would recommend not buying from this store. $23 over is quite alot.

Great quality clothing. Only problem is they told me they had updated the shipping and I thought it was going to be sent, only to recieve an email saying the shipping has been updated again which was weeks later...good thing the product came shortly thereafter. But not too happy with the customer service.

(Hair falls out quick I'll try a new wig - if it doesn't work I won't buy another wig from unzzy) got a black and white split dye wig and I loved the way it looked but the hair falls out of it when you brush it out and the bangs are just a total loss with a round face shape I liked it and I'll try another shorter wig without bangs but if that ones hair starts falling out too ill probably have to take my business elsewhere

ok a lot of people are saying they didn't get their stuff, it took a long time, etc. but i got a sweater and a pair of shoes and they arrived in less than a month in perfect condition. i don't know what happened to everyone else's things but honestly i'm a pretty lucky person, that might have something to do with it. the sweater straps are uneven but i don't mind altering things to fit anyways. btw shoe size only goes up to 8.5 women's (US) so if you're normally a 9 i wouldn't risk it !!!! (i'm between 8.5/9 and the shoes do fit but not 100% comfortably)

I purchased a pair of boots. I was charged for the boots, then received an email that they were out of stock. 5 emails later and I am still having to say that I do not want another product, I want a full refund. They keep trying to sell me something else and are saying that I will not get a full refund, due to a processing fee. This is their error and I should receive a full refund.

I got a white vintage shoes from this store and they are absolutely amazing! Very nice quality, beautiful details( at the back they have cute black hearts) and super comfortable. I'm currently pregnant ( 7 months) and wearing these shoes a lot now. Recommend
