I'm very happy with the wigs from this store. Right now, I have two wigs and they're so beautiful... they have an amazing quality!
The colours are fantastic and the hair is really soft and made of good material.
Also, the service is so nice!

i’ve bought their products before and i don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. working and talking with them has always been very pleasant and they’re extremely helpful. i love their products, especially wigs, and they’re super high quality and pretty

They wouldn’t let me return saying that shipping is too expensive, more than the cost of the product, when I paid FIFTY bucks for the skirt. Ridiculous. Will never buy from them again.

Poor customer service

I placed an order in early February 2021. After 4 weeks, my item was suppose to arrive, but got lost in the mail even though it states being "delivered".

I emailed both the mail carrier and Shop Unzzy in hopes that they could help me find the package or have it redelivered. Shop Unzzy will not redeliver packages unless there is a "Certificate of Loss". However, this does not exist for USPS. I submitted two claims to USPS and have been escalating the situation like maddening.

It's been over a week in exchange of emails and it feels like I am talking to a brick wall At this point, I will probably send all the emails to PayPal demanding a refund.

Probably the worst customer service experience ever.

Everyone who has given this place 5 stars are probably bots or just very naiive. This place is a disgusting scam hungry for money. $20 for shipping???? PATHETIC. And, they refuse to do size exchanges DESPITE advertising that they are capable of doing so all over their site! They keep siting "high tarrifs and shipping cost" but if they REALLY cared about these costs they wouldn't be advertising size exchanges!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!! Everything is terribly overpriced and sad quality. I thought it would be fine because I saw good reviews on You tube, but i guess unzzy is just bribing YouTubers to say their products are good. I BET THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE A LIE TOO!!! Do not fall for this disgusting site!

i bought platform shoes, a red/plaid skirt, tights, and a cat ear hoodie. all of it came within a month, i was expecting it to take two months but it came in a month. everything fit perfectly and was so comfy!! cant wait to order more stuff again :)

They way they handle the communication is awfull !!!
They charge you inmediately after you confirm the purchase but did not ship the product for at least 4 weeks.

They send you an email once you buy that the item is on its way and charge you for the purcase. After 4 weeks you did not receive any confirmation or a tracking number. I asked for the status several times and they mentioned they are in "quality control" but never moved from there.

Later after waiting more than 3 week I receive an email that one item is out of stock !!!!! I asked for the refund but they keep pushing me to buy other item.

The customer service instead of answering your questions or solve your problems they keep pushing you on buying instead of trying to solve the issue.

bad experience with this store.

This review is specifically about customer service, I have not yet received my items. I am in the middle of an issue with Unzzy that is similar to another reviewer’s:

1. Order items from Unzzy.com. Along with your order confirmation, you instantly get a shipping confirmation email as well. Weirdly fast, but ok.

2. You receive an email from one of Unzzy’s sellers: an item you ordered is out of stock. They invite you to look at the store again and find a similarly priced item to exchange for it.

3. You don’t want a different item, so you request to be refunded the price of the item that is not in stock. The seller tries again, offering you a discount on the item you choose to replace. They are very friendly but insistent.

4. You request a refund again, but the seller claims that it is not “cost effective,” which makes no sense: it’s not your fault that the item is out of stock, is it? Your request for a refund is ignored AGAIN and you’re offered a bigger discount on the item you choose to replace.

(Also worth noting, the email thread taking place between steps 2-4 span the course of over a week, and your items aren’t any closer to being shipped than when you placed your order.)

5. You become frustrated with the whole thing and attempt to cancel your entire order. I was thiiiiis close to involving PayPal, and had typed up a summary with screenshots to submit a report.

6. Less than two days later I received a refund for the price of the item, as I’d originally requested, even though I requested a full cancellation after the fact. I don’t have the time or energy to fight this further, so I’ll accept the situation as it is. I guess the rest of the order is on its way.

The moral of the story is that they’re greedy liars and don’t let them bully you into accepting something you don’t want or need. “A refund will take a long time” is a lie. “A refund is not cost effective” is a lie. “Both parties will have to pay fees on a refund” is a lie. Insist on a refund and threaten to tell PayPal if that’s what it takes. Once they realize they might lose all of your money, they’ll back down.

The hair is super soft for it being synthetic. It does shed but only a moderate amount and does tangle, but it’s also super long. You can’t get this quality anywhere else for its price. I would definitely recommend unzzy’s wigs to anyone. :3

Tried to buy the pastel gradient backpack but it was out of stock and got a very kind email saying that it was out of stock. I still rate this shop 5 stars even though they really (REALLY) wanted me to exchange for something else instead of refunding my money. It was kind of irritating because they kept saying that if I got a refund it wouldn't be cost effective but in the end i got a different backpack for the same price as the original one (the one i have now bought was more money than the original) and they didn't add any more shipping costs to my order. The bag is so cute and came in a nice package, does come flat an a bit crumpled but it will come out and it looks so cute. I would really recommend this shop

Terrible!!!!!!!!! The shoes I bought for my daughter came with these super cheap looking stickers we had to apply ourselves, and they only gave us enough for 1 shoe. After multiple emails with them they did nothing for me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! You will be very dissatisfied not worth the money and the shipping from China.

I bought a coat for $45.00 on NOV 23rd
I didn’t see the shipping charges of $20.00
Today is DEC 19th and I haven’t received the coat!!!
$20.00 shipping should ship next day delivery !!!

I love this store very much. Great clothes and quality wigs. Perfect for cosplay, creative looks and everyday life.I have never had any problems with this store. Delivery lasts from two weeks to a month.
