I ordered for 4 bundles of loose waves human hair eith my Afterpay account on the 1st of February and till now I have no order confirmation number except for the Afterpay online transaction number.

I ordered two wigs instead of one by accident would like to cancel one my order number is 85907 ,I tried calling couldn't get through my number 412(927-7803 please take care of this matter thank you

I ordered a wig a month ago and it look like it’s been washed. Tried contacting Uolova and no response. Buyer beware company is a scam
I wore the wig and it knotted up so bad after only one wear.

There has to be done with this company....Taking people money, not answering telephone calls, not sending out orders and not even responding to emails sent to them regarding orders that was placed but this shady ass company most definitely took the money. I sent an email to this company regarding an order I'd placed in January 2024 and still haven't received my order. Now I want a full refund. People don't have money to just throw away. Now start sending out refunds on orders placed or send us our orders. This is so sad that a company does this. This is what happens when you try to support a company.

I bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and I received a 10” inch wig. I have emailed them numerous times, sent them WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages and am yet to get a reply. I asked them to refund me the difference between the two wigs or send me the wig I bought and I have just been ignored. Their customer service is just the worst and I would really love someone to deal with my issue!

This is a horrible company. (Please don’t get scammed by doing business with them).

I purchased three wigs in late December 2023. I tried to return them two days later after realizing the wigs are not as advertised, but a cheap quality, shorter length, tighter curl pattern, and looked like something from a dollar store. As of today (February 13, 2024), not one person has ever responded to any of my emails, phone calls, or certified letter with the returned wigs asking for a full refund. (Please note that the wigs arrived packaged in a plastic wrapping bag with no invoice or company information advising of product, how to contact them, or regarding anything; or even to say simply “THANK YOU”).

I’ve had to take more unnecessary time from my schedule to try and locate them, but determined their contact information is also fraudulent from their webpage, as advertised on Facebook and Instagram. However, they quickly charged my credit card (immediately), so someone is there behind the scenes working. They’re just not reading emails, answering phone calls, or returning calls. I was trying to contact them to advise them I would be returning all three wigs and requesting a full refund of $247.00, and wanted to determine if I needed to send it to anyone’s attention. However, after numerous phone calls and emails to the two email addresses provided on their webpage, and not receiving a return call at their number (407) 479-8039 or (620) 254-9820 (the number they gave my credit card number, but it doesn’t even allow you to leave a message period), I’ve concluded this company is very shady and I finally mailed the wigs back on January 29, 2024, to meet their 30-day return policy. I sent it through the post office and paid $26.69 to mail it certified receipt. I sent it to the address provided on their webpage for return packages (Uolova Hair / 6888 Highway 6 South / Houston, TX 77083). (I received notification from the post office last Friday (February 9, 2024, with the returned package to me that the package was undeliverable because their business closed on February 1, 2024). I have called that number again this afternoon, and left a voice message of everything I’ve provided in this narrative. Still no one answered or have returned my call.

My next step is to report this scammer to the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau.

Do NOT do business with them.

This company is a scam , I purchased a wig through after pay and I complain to after pay I don’t receive the wig and after pay keep changing my card. Please be careful with after pay they are scam. They know I didn’t receive anything. No one cares. Report them to customer agency.

Your company is falsely advertising the product; i.e., the product you receive looks nothing like you advertise on social media. The hair quality is god-awful, the wig sheds a lot, (more than normal), and it does not look like human hair, looks like baby doll hair. When washed, looks way worse. I am gong to contact my credit card company to have them reverse payment. That's just how bad your product is.

Ordered in September and order is still processing
I sent several emails asking a refund,no one bothers to answer.
It is clearly a scam and I urge any of you to report their page on Instagram to stop them from scamming more innocent people like you and I
Terrible experience.

My experience was horrible!! Do not purchase anything from this company they Do Not ship in 3-5 days, took for me to dispute my order for them to even ship it!!And they was over a month late shipping! Then they sent me something different something I didn’t order! I like long hair they sent me something shoulder length..Save your money and look at reviews first! I’m going to report them to BBB.

Every time I look at this piece of garbage that they sent me I'll get mad that's all that went wrong I'm about to throw it away and I just get angry every time I look at it and I didn't spend half as much money as other people who have seen just spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars, and then they make it so that you cannot get in touch with , they really need to to be exposed for what they really are a scam I'm so thankful for this app I'll always look on this app first before I buy anything.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Uolova advertise that shipping is 3- 5 business days. Well, I placed my order on 1/5/2024 and my order still says processing. I've emailed a copy of my receipt and several inquiries. I finally received a generic response stating someone would be contacting me on 1/12/2024. Today is 1/16/2024 and still no one has contacted me. I now have entered a dispute for the payment to be returned. I ordered two units totaling $298 which is money I don't have to give away. I will pursue this matter to the fullest.

Horrible experience, I ordered a unit last month, I have not received it, I notified the better business bureau..uolova is a joke, I see they responded on here to only the positive review! I have my Attorney looking into a few things in regards to this company, they will learn not to play with customers time and money

This place is totally a scam I placed an order in October and I have yet not received anything from these people I paid 343.00 tried getting a refund and they only made it seem like I either had received the order and or I was making a fraudulent case like I didn’t receive a confirmation email I tried reaching out to them company which only led me back to square one suckkkkssssss!!!! Remind you it’s after Christmas and nothing yet to this day if anyone have any suggestions on what the next move should be please reach out

I finally received my wig from Uolova. However, I will not continue my business with the company. The lack of communication and professionalism is not acceptable.

Your product was not what was shown. I ask for a refund did not get a response I purchase thru PayPal I would not recommend you product to anyone you have the info I will not response to giving info again

I bought a wig from uolova hair, on 10/11/2023 after hearing nothing concerning the wig shipment. I requested a refund on 10/17/2023 that request was ignored. They against my request sent out the wrong wig on 10/22/2023 and now they are attempting to remove my review to even silence my voice. This company is the absolute worst, please please what ever you do DO NOT support this scam company you won’t get what you ordered they will not give you your refund it’s a waste! Then they’ll try to remove your review, undermine your complaints knowing what they’ve done that they’ve scammed you out of your money which is the source of your frustration but they don’t care…. I have pictures of what I ordered verses what they sent me and forced me to deal with because if think your going to return the wig think again. You’ll be stuck just like I was with garbage! It wasn’t even human hair literally garbage.

I placed my order on 30 October, 2023 and to this date I have not received my order. I called the bogus number they have listed on their website, and no one ever answers, nor have anyone returned my call. I have emailed their so called customer service dept but received no response. I asked for a refund over a month ago and have not received it and received no response. I don’t think this company is real. Save yourself the headache and don’t try doing business with them. I only gave them one star because it wouldn’t allow me to enter a review if I didn’t chose the 1 star. My true rating for them is zero stars.
