Communication was excellent and turnaround tme was fast. However, outreach communication after submitting a circuit board for repair were misguided since my submitted narrative already answered the questions posed. It gave pause whether anyone had bothered to carefully read what I submitted. The out of production circuit board in question comprised a majority of passive components, plus two ICs and a complex LCD display. I believe UpFix's experience with this board indicates likely unrepairability due to a firmware issue which could have been published before the fact as a cautionary note.. Response to my narrative could have avoided lost time and cost.

Good Service

Service was quick. I dropped off my adaptive steering controller panel on Tuesday, they had it repaired by the end of the week. It works like new, and I didn't have to re-assign in the car's software. Quick and Easy!

Everything went great with my car's PCM repair.

Everything UpFix said they would do, they did it perfectly. I was pleased with the communication breadcrumbs through the whole process and plug and play when I got the part back. Works perfectly all error codes are gone after clearing and brakes are working like factory. Thanks!!!

I never knew a company like this existed. You were able to fix the control panel to our 33 year old wall oven! This was my last ditch effort before replacing the oven with a new one, which would've cost at least $2500. You got everything right, customer service, communication, and quick turnaround time! Upfix repaired the control board for my kitchen aid 48” refrigerator that was going out. They were helpful in identifying what board I had, and getting my board to them. The repair was done quickly and communication and tracking of the repair were excellent! Thank you!

They exceeded my expectations and did everything they said they would. Sending the part in was easy and I was notified every step of the way to their facility. Once there, I was told they when had received it, when it was on desk to be worked on, when the tech was done, and when they shipped it back. Amazingly enough everything at their facility took place in one day. From the time I dropped it off to go them to the day I got it was nine days. That is very fast because I live in a remote area of Nebraska with slow mail service. I don't believe it is possible for them to perform better. My Precor treadmill now works great.

Upfix kept me informed during the entire process. There service was a good value and completed quickly. I will hold this Trane Control Circuit Board in reserve until I need it as its guaranteed for 5 years. Upfix repaired my original Control Circuit Board and it worked great when I installed it, when the recent used Control Circuit Board failed. I expect this recently repaired Control Circuit Board to also work great.

I have a 1990 BMW 535i. The instrument cluster was acting up. Found UpFix via a web search. The order and shipping process were simple and clear. Communication was very prompt and thorough. Though they fixed a couple issues in my cluster, it wasn't fully fixed, so they provided an RMA and just returned. Now everything works great! I can be obsessive about this kind of stuff, but their techs were patient and helpful. I'd definitely use UpFix again.

My cluster came back with a problem that I did not have before, I’m upset that you cannot talk to the tech you need to fiil up a ticket then, the response by e mail is that I need to take a video of the problem, so they don’t trust me words? Its a simple explanation i drive 60MPH and it show 25mph

Horrible experience! I confirmed with them not once but 3 times that could could and would fix my range electronic board, they said yes Well they didn't. Long story short, the destroyed it, and now I need a new range, only because of them
