I had an issue where the desk top / butcher block was cracked and I hadn't noticed during the shipment a ~1+ ago...Sean was a great help in resolving the issue and getting me another one shipped out fast. Much appreciate the level of support, customer service and of course the warranty on the product(s).

This is a great company, I purchased a lift desk back in 2021 (which I love!) , and it came with a free desk lamp where the hinge got loose , I called and the CSR "Fantasia Banks" assistems me I thought for sure they would tell me sorry it has been 3 years since your order, but to my surprise she ordered a replacement right away.
THis is what I call excelent customer service!

Just ordered a table to pair with a standing desk I purchased previously. I really appreciate the quick turnaround from Anthony T. in setting up my order. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the products and service from Uplift.

Just ordered my second desk from Uplift after having used one as my primary work desk for several years. Unfortunately the desk surface (1.5" rubberwood butcher block) did arrive cracked, but I called Uplift's support number and Jeremy Laurel was able to assist me in getting it replaced. Just sent him a few photos and within a few hours my replacement was being processed, very pleasant process!

I recently chatted with Uplift Desk and had a great experience with Jamie Caudle who answered all of my questions and even went over & above to help me make a purchase decision. Jamie personally coached me through the ordering process with excellent email communication and responsiveness. Even after the order was placed, Jamie continued to reach out to let me know when the order was processed and to expect a tracking number! I will probably need a second desk and will definitely order through Jamie directly.

I was looking for a desk similar to my current techline desk. I saw the ad for the uplift desk and was sold on the product. I built my desk and ordered. A few hours later I got a welcome email and a coupon for a complimentary lamp. Waleed Mansur from customer service helped me get the lamp added to my order. Thank you. Fantasia is fantastic! I emailed uplift that my laptop holder was missing a small part. Within 24 hours, Fantasia responded and notified the Uplift team about my inquiry.
