SCAM - when you look up the address of the company it is a postal mailing shop in Las Vegas! They don’t even have an actual address other than using the postal shop “A&J Postal Services” (postal and shipping service) Pathetic. Shame on me for buying from them.

Hated the shoes. Very uncomfortable. Company took almost 2 weeks to reply with return policy, then would not provide a return label. So I had to pay $9.45 in postage to return the bogus sneakers. They have since claimed that I missed the permitted return window. THEY were the reason I missed it. Poor, untimely communication! So I am out$85 bucks! Attempting to dispute with my bank !!!!!

Waiting for response from asking for a RA number to return my shoes. They are very cheaply made. No RA number provided at this time.

Bought sandals and immediately returned per refund instructions. Have reached out to customer service multiple times without any feedback. This is unsatisfactory .I returned merchandise, I deserve my $52 dollars back. Will never buy again without reading reviews!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Update:After multiple emails , finally company responded. Refund given 20 days after return.

Terrible no order number phone listed does not work and you cannot email customer service due to no order number disputing with my bank never received them and no customer update

Can’t give them a negative star. These are horrible shoes and I’m so mad at myself for not reading the reviews. They are all correct. They smell. They are cheaply made and I can’t return them because I have no order number or anything to prove I bought them except the charge on my card. I’ve tried to co tact the company 3 times and nothing. It’s disgusting how many scam outfits are out there.. shame on you.

Absolutely horrible service and worse product. The product smelled like chemicals and I didn't even need to try it on to see that it was not going to be supportive. Not to mention it took 30 days for it to arrive, which puts it outside their terms of return and refund service. Don't ever use this company. They have NO INTEGRITY.

STAY AWAY!!! It's a SCAM! Received a couple of shoes orders, advertised as orthopedic, arch support. Shoes arrived, but the shoes are not orthopedic at all, there is no arch support, very poorly made and cheap material, velcro does not match the shoes colors, look so ugly and cheap. Order page said money back guarantee, but you have to pay shipping to return the shoes, and other reviews said they don't refund your money.

I got the Sciatica Nerve Brace and it’s so big on me (I weight 115-120#) that the 2 straps (on either side of the UP arrow) don’t even lie against my skin, I can put my whole hand underneath them. The pictures show them being taunt around the leg. How can this possibly help me? And it’s very unattractive, can’t even wear under pants.

The sandals I ordered arrived in a plastic bag (no shoe box). The leather uppers were paper thin. I was so disappointed with the poor quality that I didn't bother trying them on, but instead, went on line and printed a return form provided by the vendor. The parcel was received by Upliftex, but I've been trying to get a refund for a month without success.
I would NOT recommend Upliftex!

Stay away from this company. Cheap products. They don't have customers service. They will no refund your money. I sent back a pair of shoes the same day I received and 30 days later. No refund.? The tracking number shows they received but no one to talk about this refund. Sizes are wrong. Quality very poor. Never again. Don't order anything from this company!!!

Never shipped my item out. it’s been over a month. been trying to get in contact with them and no response or any updated information on tracking/shipping. Do not order from them. You can find better products and business!

Their shoes are total junk. I sent them back the next day and they will not refund my money.

ORDER FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY! As many others, I should have read reviews before I ordered. The shoes I ordered were so cheaply made. I have emailed about the refund. I was told the refund could take up to two billing cycles. I am going to work with my credit card company to retrieve my money.

I wish I would have gone online and looked at the reviews before ordering these pitiful shoes. They are so poorly made, that they can't fit anyone. They will not respond to my wanting to return them.

No response when asking for status of order. Garbage item appears suddenly after multiple inquiries. I sent it back and they won't acknowledge it. This is a typical China scam site - stay away!

The shoes they sent were terrible quality and they have not responded to my requests to return them and get a refund.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Order didn't ship until I emailed support multiple times. Then when I finally got the package, it was the wrong size. Site says refunds are "welcome anytime within 30 days of your original receipt of your order." I initiated the refund process and sent back the package the next day. Checked USPS tracking several days later and the status indicated it was delivered. I reached out to support, and they asked for the tracking number which I provided. No reply. I've emailed them three times since. Absolutely no response except what looks like an auto-notification that they have closed my ticket. I have not gotten my money back.

If I could give this company less than a 1, I would. I ordered a product and paid for expedite shipping and of course it did not arrive on time. Then when I reached out to customer service they responded they are looking into it on Aug 2nd and to date no response and today is Aug 11th. They indicate they respond in 24 hours, that’s a lie. Customers beware the product is suspect and delivery is as well. Find another company with better products and customer service.

Upliftex sandals either run much larger than normal sizing, or the pair I ordered were poorly made/mismarked. I had hoped to give this brand a chance to correct my order and send me the correct size, however they charge the customer to return shoes even when error is on their part. Customer Service was not helpful. For this reason, I will not buy an Upliftex product in the future. There are too many companies providing quality customer service to support one that does not.
