On 24 October 2018, I paid for a 2-year renewal via credit card, which was successfully charged. Immediately after my payment, my uploaded.net account reflected the additional 2 years had been added.

Two days later, on 26 October 2018, I logged into my credit card account and saw the charge for renewal had been canceled. I called credit card support and was told the merchant (uploaded.net) had canceled the payment but had given no explanation.

Then I logged into my uploaded.net account and saw my duration was now back to the pre-renewal amount of only 1 week and 2 days.

I received no correspondence from uploaded.net that my renewal payment was being canceled, and it gave none to my credit card company.

Emailed uploaded.net asking for an explanation about the cancellation and now waiting to see if I receive a response, which will hopefully not be an automated reply if I do receive one.

I have not abused my uploaded.net account or violated any of its policies. That the company would cancel my renewal without contacting me first, or at least follow up the cancellation with an explanatory email, reflects extremely poor customer service on uploaded.net's part.

Ridiculous service. As others say waiting times are terrible, speed is just for laugh plus they have by far the worst captcha. Would never pay for their services as obviously that is what they are trying to make you do, but I simply don't pay for crap. There are loads of better and much, much better alternatives.

I tried to pay via credit card for their premium service but they never sent the pin to my phone.

I tried many times, but still no pin. Hopeless customer service didn't even answer my emails. Is this company dead or what??? Seems that way!

This side is worse then any other russian sketchy side in the web. Unreasonable long waiting times and a overall bad vibe from the side. Its from Swiss, so no wonder. i dont get why some Modders still use this piece of garbage side. Mediafire is a good option or modsfile etc. If you want to download the same file again, or a new one you have to wait 180(!) minutes. This is unreasonable long and just made so you have to buy a Premium pass to download a free file. are you kidding me?

Priced in euros, all details on their site refer to Swiss business details. Payment taken by a Chinese business in Chinese Yuan - how the hell do they get away with that kind of thing? Nice to know my card details are now safe and secure in China.

They used to be good now they charge you for a premium account while still throttling your speed as if it was a free account. They also have made payment by phone unavailable, now if you use your card which you get charged double for by the bank so they can receive the payment.

Nachdem ja nun kaum noch etwas über uploaded.net heruntergeladen werden kann (stehen aktuell wegen Gerichtsterminen unter Druck und werfen massenhaft uploader raus), möchte man verständlicherweise sein, durch Weiterempfehlung, verdientes Geld überwiesen bekommen.

Support anschreiben, dann Standartantwort in etwas so:
Bitte darlegen wie Sie Kunden geworben haben; vorher kein Geld.
Screenshots und Text von wegen und "habe per email mit meinem Partnerprogramm link Kunden geworben" gesendet.

WENN man Glück hat, kommt Antwort in dem Sinne:
Bitte darlegen wie man einen Kunden geworben hat (mit Beweisen).

Einen Kunden habt ihr nicht bezahlt, weil angeblich kein Partnerlink angeklickt wurde (emails mit Beweisen wer über wen mittels welchen Kundennummer, screenshots etc geworben wurde blieben nach einigem hin- und her einfach unbeantwortet).
Den zweiten wollt ihr einfach nicht auszahlen, weil ihr wissen wollt wie ich den geworben habe ... (weiter unten hat das selbe schon jemand mitgemacht - na klasse) ...

Mein Geld bekomme ich wohl nicht mehr, oder?

Dann bin ich wohl mal weg und geh' frohgemut zur Konkurrenz ... Und Tschüss ...
