I enquired about the photography course and Damon was very helpful in regards to giving me an insight on the course. He was also helpful with explaining how I can do the practical assignments without needing a camera immediately and was also very helpful with explaining how the payment plans work.

Damon was super helpful with my enrolment and provided a follow-up call to ensure everything went smoothly. Very friendly and clear when explaining what to do :) The only thing I’m worried about is the 3-day cool down period, I don’t think it’s enough time to ‘know’ whether or not the course will suit me. However, I’m still excited to start my studies.

The information provided was useful. The communication between myself and Damon was open and transparent. Damon made every effort to see that I was kept informed and supported.

From the first phone conversation to the final enrolment phone call, the lady I spoke with at "upskill online" was impeccable. She was friendly and confident in what she was saying, she made me feel comfortable asking what could be considered a "silly" question and helped me understand what the next steps are to get me started. Every time we arranged a call back, she was 100% on time, and still made sure it was still a convenient time to talk, being a mum of 3 young kids this meant the world to me as time is defiantly of the essence. She actively listened to what I was saying and gave me the options I needed to make the best decision for me. She made sure I was aware off my financial obligations, advised me of my cooling off period and walked me through the length of the course she also gave me the option should I need it, to be able to extend the time I need to compete the course.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with both the lady I spoke to and upskill online. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do an online course, especially if you’re like me and not 100% sure if the course you think you want is the correct one.

Spoke to Damon Kaine who was the one to originally enroll me to which was super helpful at the time! I emailed him today as I was stressing about the course dates to which he got back to me super fast and was super reassuring and helped ease my mind and stress. Super helpful:)

It was really easy to learn how to use the website and how to manage my subscriptions, submit assessments, etc! I spoke with Nancy and she was super friendly and made it really easy for me to understand everything! Overall great experience and I definitely recommend UpSkill Online :-)

I'm really happy with my course I find it so much easier than tafe and this course gives me the confidence to gain a certificate and reach my dream working with dogs in the future

I did the Certificate in Animal care and Diseases. Two modules. TWO! 9 units each, and not every unit even had an assignment, so you could easily read more than two units at a time, since the material was so basic. Cost over $2000. Completed in 3 months, and I thought I was being slow. I should've looked into it more and asked better questions I guess.

It is an amazing way to learn it is easy and it is at your own pace so you can go as fast or as slow as you want. I would 100% recommend this to friends and family in the future if they want to further their education. I am currently still learning but it is so fun

Awesome tutors, amazing website, easy to use, they are always there when you need them the most and they always reply to your messages, the questions are a struggle but it is worth learning about. I’m loving the course, it’s really good and the presentation is amazing, not to sure on how I feel about the business layout when it gets to that part in the course, I am loving the PDF files for all the dog grooming and stuff though and how it gives you the recommendation on what grooming tools to use on what kind of coats on dogs and what kind of dog has certain coats.

I'm currently studying The Professional Dog Grooming Certificate and learning so much with Upskill Online. I'm thoroughly enjoying the video tutorials and support!

I can relate to alot of the course.

Very easy to do online and in the comfort of ur own home. The help is also there if need it. Easy communication with the leaders in charge of the course.
Highly recommend doing this online.
