I found really easy to understand and was good cause I could go at my own pace and learn more about the topic on my own. It was easy to be committed to and the support was there anytime I needed

There is an excessive amount of repetition in information between all the units.

Plus there is a tremendously massive amount of spelling, grammar and typing errors, throughout all the units, but especially so in the Provide Dog Grooming Service unit.

There's multiple situations where repetition of the same paragraph on the one page was also noted.

Many resource information links provided in the course require updating or deleting as the source pages no longer exist.

Some paragraph information in the course appear to be extracted directly from official websites such as the AVA, and other Aust Gvt sites, as they are written and punctuated in the course exactly as per the website.

The course is very largely a US refererenced course. For me, it has too much reference to the US compared to the Australian content which is obviously more relevant.

23 days after submitting my first assignment I had to email Admin to ask how long before my assignments will be marked. Apparently the notification function to advise of a completed assignment had failed to work for all 3 of my assignments resulting in a large amount of time lapsing before marking began.

The quality and word formatting of the e-certicate I received after completing the course was very basic and quite disappointing. It doesn't provide the standard certificate details such as completion date or the company ABN and address. It looks very unofficial and a bit fake. Not very professional looking at all sadly.

On the whole, an ok course but it lacks a lot of professionalism in all aspects given the actual cost of the course itself.

I've just enrolled in a Counselling course and I'm delighted.
The enrollment procedure was so easy, and every aspect of the course was carefully explained, and the possibility for future employment.
I recommend Upskill Online 100%.

I found UpSkill Online on Facebook whilst I was looking to upskill myself for new work.

I was looking at a few different providers but ended up choosing UpSkill as the consultant I spoke with took the time to find out more about me and why/what I was actually wanting to do with the course.

I am now a few weeks in and loving it! I can do it at my own pace which suits my lifestyle as I am currently working part time.

Was happy with the $25 per week option. I haven’t studied in awhile, however after speaking to Upskill Online they guided myself through the process and was pleasantly surprise when they followed up and called myself to see how I was going. Thanks guys!
