What went wrong is that this company sells cracked software instead of genuine product keys!

This site is very helpful in event of any issues but to say the least there is no issues buying and activating your software

The instructions are important to follow, especially when working with acrobat. But if they are followed well the installation will go seamlessly. Very happy with my purchase and at a great price. I had one question about removing residual files and they responded immediately.

I bought Revit Architectural software, "Education Version" had several tries at installing it on my laptop with Windows 11 but encountered problems with the Visual CC+ and gave up.
When i installed in my desktop running Windows 10, surprise - no problem, so I guess that all my work needs to be done on desktop.
However, kudos to the guys for responding to try and assist with the laptop installation.

The software I purchased works great. It took a little bit of time to get it activated on my account but that's only because the company is in the UK and it's a different time zone then I am in. As soon as their business hours came around, they activated the purchase immediately. I would definitely do business again
