I’ve been using Urban for a while now
I’ve been using Urban for a while now, and they always come through. Even though my original booking was cancelled just an hour beforehand, I was able to rebook quickly with Melissa H., who was fantastic. She had great technique, applied the perfect amount of pressure, and delivered an amazing massage. Thank you, Melissa H.

Hello Derya.
Thank you for your review, We are very sorry to hear that your father's booking did not go as expected, especially as it was for his 70th birthday.
The safety of our customers is always our top priority. Some medical conditions, including the use of oxygen, may be considered contraindications to treatment, and the therapist partner must make decisions based on what is safe at the time of the appointment.
We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially on such an important occasion, but we also want to make things right and gain more details.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to identify your booking from this review. Please contact us directly with your booking details so we can investigate and discuss your experience further.
Kind regards,
The Urban Customer Support Team.
Professional and very experienced
