Returned items and the carrier shows as delivered to them over 2 weeks ago, yet no email confirmation or refund given yet. Have reached out several times, had one response and then nothing. Doubt I will see that £50 refunded any time soon if ever. Will not go near this company again, awful service.

They have received my returned items but have not refunded me and now are completely ignoring my emails and attempts to contact them.

Returned item was told refund in 14 days. 14 days have past still no refund. Had 1 response saying they received my item back on February 10th which is funny as I did nt order
item until beginning of April
Not heard anything since. Will never buy from them again. Terrible service

Update…. Refund has now been made, my return hadn’t been scanned in when received at their warehouse. Thanks to Lauren now resolved.

Returned several items due to ordering 2 sizes to see what size would fit. Return was received back at their warehouse 4th April and still havent received refund of £145. This should have been received by 18th April. Now getting no response to my emails after being confirmed it would be received by 18th. This is now 23rd April. Tried the chat on website and keep being told 14 days after return received.

Received my outfit and it was too small so returned it. Haven't received a refund yet. Will not order from them again.

It's now been 18 days and they are ignoring all my emails and chat messages. Never had such a bad online shopping experience.

Made a return which they received on 17th March - still no refund- may I add £84 worth of my money. Completely ignored after several chats no reply. Who do I contact as no contact number, I need to take this further. Im fuming to say the least!!

Ordered a dress days ago, have been emailing for an update on dispatch and just get ignored. Looks like I’ve been scammed, will raise the issue with bank

The team gave me a outstanding service throughout my return procedure.
I was very happy with the service they provided. I csn only recommend them.

The item I received is faulty and I can’t seem to get through to anyone on the live chat to resolve this.

Edit: 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for the replacement item to be sent after returning the faulty item over a week ago.

Being ripped off!! Urban Bliss received my return on 20th of January. Still no word about refund. Terrible way to run a business. WHERE IS MY MONEY!??

Would give 0 stars if this was an option, I ordered a coat through matalan and it was absolutely massive returned on the 6th January, still no refund after having confirmation that it was received on the 8th - on the website it says up to 14 working days this would of been 28th January it’s now the 3rd February and still no refund received or confirmation it’s on its way!! Will never order from this awful company again!!!

Ordered a coat via Wallis from Urban Bliss waited weeks for it to arrive. Loved the coat & colour but it was huge in size definitely not a 14.
I returned the coat on the 13th Jan it's 17days now and still no refund. Used both Wallis & Urban Bliss chat getting absolutely nowhere.

Returned a coat to Urban Bliss on 28th December for a refund, Royal mail confirmed it had been delivered to them on the 31st. I've had no contact from Urban Bliss, still waiting for my refund. Have messaged them through their website, no reply from that either. Feeling like I've been scammed!

Gorgeous Coat! Great Quality! I ordered a coat direct from their website and had no issues with what arrived. Lovely quality, feels and looks really expensive. I've bought from Urban Bliss previously and never had issues with delays in refunds when I have sent back styles. Customer service team always super friendly and helpful.

Awful company, ordered a coat through Debenhams, came in awful quality and way too big, returned on the same day and still awaiting refund weeks later. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a jacket from their website on 7th Jan 2025. Still no sign of it being dispatched. I have requested status update on my order....heard nothing. Sent another message to cancel order / issue refund as I don't think I'll be getting the jacket - which is ashame, as I really wanted it. 😄

Do not order from this company they are the absolute worst when it comes to refunding.

I ordered a coat via Debhenams/Dorothy Perkins it was far too big, even though I sized down. I started a return on the same day it arrived. From tracking I can see that they have received the return 3 days later and it has been over 2+ weeks I have received no refund or correspondents relating to a refund.

It has been over 25+ days and still no refund. At first when I messaged them they told me to wait until a certain date and contact them if I still hadn’t received a refund. Then when the date had passed and I contacted them once more they seemed to be ignoring my messages.

Never known a refund process like it. I find it strange how your return request has to be approved in the first place (which I waited nearly 5 days for and had to contact them). Returns sent on 5th December, received on the 7th of December and still no refund!!! I will never use this company again!!(order no UB35048)

Sent back 2nd December
They received it 5th December
Still no refund
Can't get any answer from emails takes them 2 days to reply.
Debenhams why are you using companies like this that treat people this way
Shame on you
People need their money back asap

Returned goods to them immediately realised item was too big.The return was received on the 9th December not heard anything from the company regarding the refund due £65.00.

Where is my refund ? Matalan why are you allowing this to happen.
