Amazing
Amazing, I have suffered with painful knees for at least 15 years advised all that could be done was replacement surgery. This morning I woke with no pain in my knees, walked without pain and felt years younger than the 79 I clocked up earlier this year. Unbelievable! Thanks to our painter for his encouragement to try grounding it works & thanks Urban Hippee.

Hi Bree, we’re genuinely sorry about this. You’re absolutely right—the tracking is still showing only “label created,” which isn’t acceptable.
We’re urgently investigating this with our warehouse and will contact you directly. If we can’t confirm that the parcel has been collected, we’ll send a replacement via Express Post first thing tomorrow morning so it reaches you as quickly as possible.
We completely understand your concern given that it’s a present, and we’ll make sure this is resolved for you.

I purchased this for my sister and brother in law. They usually cat nap through the night for the whole night. My sister put it on the bed and said that they have never slept so well. A deep painless sleep.

the grounding underlay helps with anxiety.
I got the grounding underlay for my husband with PTSD and insomnia. It, along with a Pulsetto (vegas nerve stimulator) is helping him get some relief from the anxiety.

Happy
Good communication, quick delivery, and I love my little attachable lamp - worth paying a bit more to get this quality item through this business rather than getting something cheaper, of lesser quality and from somewhere like Amazon.

Ok, so to start with, the packaging 📦 👌 😍 👏 💗🥰stunning. So exciting to open. Its beautifully packaged and would make a lovely gift.
Its super easy to install and we popped it on right away.
The first night - I slept. Like a log. My husband and dog both snore. I usually move into the other room when he's home, (fifo worker).
I slept.... I slept until 7.30am 😳which was awesome because I got a cuppa in bed. I was a little cold tbh, used to my woollen underlay. But I popped a snuggly rug under myself. Perfect. I also suffer from cold toes and even in summer will use a heatpack. No need. My feet did not freeze 😳. 2nd night, we both slept until 8.30am!! Amazing product.
Thankyou so much. I will be recommending this to all who will listen 🎶 the delivery time was very prompt with tracking provided. Very neat. The service is also awesome. My husband wanted one for his little van bed. The special was buy one queen, get one single free. Bloody awesome. Perfect for us and he's toddled back of to work with his little bed all made and ready to go.

Eli
