Ordering was much easier than deciding…
Ordering was much easier than deciding amongst the products! Delivery was faster than I expected. Both types I ordered are wonderful - a one-medal and a three medal - but the three-medal in the burgundy bottle is sublime! I ordered an extra bottle of that as a thank-you gift for friends with whom we stayed.

Giusti's service is excellent
Giusti's service is excellent. Their product is fantastic. However, their shipping partner in the U.S. is UPS. I lived at an address 3 miles away from my current address, and the service is different on that route (prompt early delivery). Unfortunately, my most recent order sat in the truck for a 12-hour shift, in the heat, and the chocolates in my order melted. Thank goodness the quality is excellent, and they recovered by refrigerating them. As a customer, you must be alert to your UPS delivery window if you order during hot weather.
