I was very impressed with the speed at which they got the product to my residence. I did not really need it in a hurry but it was still pleasant to have it so soon after ordering. The packaging for the Balsamic trio that I purchased was beautifully boxed and of course it is some of the best balsamic ever.

Whoopi Goldberg promoted this product since she has residency in Italy. I also had the privilege of visiting Italy and recognized the difference in Italian food, America versus Italy. No contest. There are only two Italian restaurants in the entire United States, that I will even consider since tasting the real deal. One in New York, and one in Miami. The olive oil and balsamic that I had on a piece of bread in Italy was the turning point for me. Before I did not like olive oil, since then, love it! I am very choosy with the olive oil and balsamic that I use. The reputation in the history of your products in the process have made a no-brainer. I have not yet tasted because I gave them away as gifts. But in a week I will be in Colorado where I sent the gift and then I will be able to finally taste.

Placing an order was flawless
Placing an order was flawless. Receiving said order was delivered as promised which I was not expecting since I placed this order during the hight of the holiday season. This was an order for myself and not as a gift. All three bottles were packaged well and arrived without an issue. I can’t wait to try all three different styles.

Inaccurate information and inefficient
Massimiliano with Giusti provided inaccurate information. When asked how long it would take for an item to arrive, the response was 'Just a few days.' SEVEN days for a package to originally arrive is NOT considered 'a few days.' I was ordering a Birthday gift that I wanted to arrive ON time. I purposely asked BEFORE ordering, so the package would arrive ON time, which it did NOT. When the recipient had to evacuate due to the Malibu fire, I asked for the package to be rerouted and overnighted to the desert where the recipient would be. Neither happened. I asked Andrea, a.k.a. Guisti's Warehouse Manager, to speak with a Manager at UPS regarding rerouting. She couldn't seem to do that and it appears that she put no effort to. Guisti is very slow with shipping. It took nearly 4 days just to ship the item from when I initially ordered the item. The day I spoke with Andrea, she was supposed to speak with a Manager at UPS or send a new package out that same day. Neither happened. For a Birthday that was on December 12th, the item arriving on December 18th is UNACCEPTABLE, especially when the item was initially ordered on December 6th and especially when I was informed 'Just a few days' for the item to arrive in Malibu, which was NOT the case! I do not appreciate my emails being ignored. Massimiliano did not respond to my email that I sent to him on December 11th. Andrea, who apparently decided to go incognito, as 'Warehouse Manager' never responded to my last email on December 12th regarding if the package had been overnighted, what the ETA was, as well as compensation. I will never purchase an item again with Guisti. Whoopi Goldberg should think twice before recommending such a company.

Regarding the delivery timeline, your order was placed on Friday and shipped the following Monday, which was the first available business day after the weekend. Delivery times are clearly indicated during the purchasing process, and we also offer an express delivery option that guarantees delivery within three business days.
Once again, we sincerely regret that your gift did not arrive as promptly as expected. However, we hope you can understand that we made every possible effort to fulfill your requests and address the situation to the best of our abilities.

Order Cancelled Money Kept (see earlier review) - FOLLOWUP
After my one-star review, I was contacted by someone from the company, wrote that the product had been out of stock and that's why my order was cancelled. He offered a different (and higher-end) product for what I'd paid. I'm going to give them another chance, but he asked if I'd update the review to reflect that - so I am. I had emailed prior to the review (on December 5); my one-star review ran on December 14 and I received the email after the review ran. The takeaway is that the best way to get the company's attention is to post a review. That said, there's a bottle of three-star balsamic in my future, and I will absolutely come back to review that and let anyone reading this know whether it's worth what it takes to obtain it! And truly, I'm glad that I heard back from the company and do appreciate it.

Easy to navigate website. Prompt delivery. Reasonable pricing . Difficult to find an organic, high grade organic balsamic vinegar in the US. Only one trusted brand that I know of.
