Shein refund my money !!

SHEIN and FedEx succeeded in not delivering my item which I have continuously contacted them about . They keep responding , your item has been delivered successfully, I have not received this item . FedEx delivered to a wrong location and refused to rectify the situation . I am a woman , in my 70s having to chase these two with no success . SHEIN pls refund my money , I do not have a contact of delivery with FedEx , you contracted the delivery to them , why am I having to chase FedEx ?
Do not buy from SHEIN they are a scam

UNABLE TO GET VERIFACTION CODE AFTER SEVERAL TIMES CANCELED ORDER.SHOULD BE MUCH EASIER TO BUY SOMETHING I GOT OVER 15 CODES THAT THAT DIDN'T WORK.

This is the second time I have a screw up with my delivery! The first time they took a photo of where they left my package so I was able to locate it. This time there’s no photo. Now I don’t know where it is! There’s no way to contact a real person. I tried their live chat but it does not let me put in the order number. I will NEVER order from them again. Waste of money.

I still haven’t received my package after a month. I ordered my package September 18th and expected it to arrive by September 29th as it said on the website, but it is now October 16th and I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve tried reaching out and calling them multiple times with no respond. This isn’t my first time shopping on shein, however it’s definitely my worst experience so far. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I haven't received my package the number is 6270270226 please send me a refund or my order thank you oh yeah it was close to $2OO DOLLAR.

Ordered got order and tracking number, they charged my card, DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER, can't call or contact their company.

Customer service has no way to reach anyone. It just gives you a mindless loop or bad AI with no solutions. Shein previously responded to me on Trustpilot when I had another issue saying there is a way to live chat. What they said does not work.
Totally squashed hat. Never buy hats from there as they are destroyed en route and unreturnable.

This store is GREAT!!! Affordable stylish clothing, shoes and accessories. I buy from here regularly. The trick with this store is, that you have to know your own size and measurements and to always check the size chart when purchasing items garments and shoes. Shein hosts a lot of vendors and not all garments and shoes are going to be sized the same.

Such an awful experience! I get a notice my ‘items’ had been delivered and obviously my credit card charged..BUT they had NOT been delivered!

Tried on their website to contact Customer Service NO LUCK! Also they NEVVVVVAAAA responded to any of my emails ! Thumbs down for Us.Shein! 👎🏽

I order two sets 2 pc of yoga pants and a bra both of them were the wrong size, I try to log in and for some reason, the emails I am trying are not working I have been trying to find a customer phone number to ask for help to return these items for the right size and nothing there is no phone number or other way then login and that's my problem so how I am going to get the right size? first time and the last time I buy something FROM the US. SHEIN I will tell my friends and family not to buy anything from us.shein.com

Shein is a hoax, ordered items . They were delivered in 5 packages and i was missing items in all 5 packages, they refused to reship or refund and i spent 3 hours on chat with them; you cant even call them as they do not have inbound customer care numbers, cant email them, can only chat with agents who don’t understand. I threatened to report to Better Business Bureau, that is when they agreed to look into my missing items. I am now awaiting to receive those missing items and get a refund for what was out of stock. Hopefully I will get my missing items and the refund. This was my first ime shopping from them as lots of vloggers are talking about them. I would caution all to be careful. I have gone to the Better Business Bureau site and there are so many complains. Lessons learnt. Never again to shop at Shein.

Lots of difficulty trying to return items,They state that they take returns ,& shipping. Site is poor to access this area,item vanished from my account, email blocked

Order 7 items but ended up returning 4 although wanted to return all off it, because the reviews on those items are fake and sizes don't match the description. I think people are not writing honest reviews because they receive points if they leave positive feedback.
Underwear had a hole in it but those kind of items are not refunded. Material is not the best quality.
