Never had an issue! Which is the goal!
Purchased a few years ago and never had an issue with taking my dog on any airline or more importantly navigating the application process for some very strict HOAs down here in Florida while jumping from condo to condo. Very happy with the purchase.

Patches not Sticking Well
I got the 99$ package which came with two ID holders, 2 IDs, a harness with EMA patches and a certificate. I’ve already lost a patch I wish they were sewn in or better grip.

I purchase this service in order to take my dog on an airplane. DOT now says support dogs are not allowed. I would think USA Service dog would tell customers this.

On our physical products, we process all orders within 1 business day and ship with USPS according to the chosen shipping method. Our free shipping takes about 4-7 business days, and we offer priority shipping (+$9.95) which is 2-3 business days, and priority express (+$29.95) which is 1-2 business days.
