Working with USA Box Maker for my custom soap boxes was an amazing experience from start to finish. We were facing a serious issue with product damage—through no fault of UsBoxMaker. In a desperate search for immediate solutions, we reached out to their team. Within days, they not only offered us a larger box solution but also provided samples right away. Their quick response solved the issue, and to our surprise, they went above and beyond by not charging us for the upgrade or the work behind the scenes. That is true customer service.
