The Cortana team has been fantastic. Andrea is my account manager and has helped me set up every step of my tracking and is always quickly to respond with any questions or issues that arise. I would highly recommend using Cortana if you need accurate tracking across your funnels.

I’ve been absolutely blown away by the Cortana team, especially Andrea.

The software works extremely well, but what has stood out most is the level of support Andrea has provided. I’ve lost count of how many hours she’s spent with me on Zoom helping us understand the platform, configure everything correctly, and make sure our attribution is exactly what we need for forecasting and reporting.

Andrea is incredibly smart, talented, and professional. I’ve never asked her a question she couldn’t answer or quickly find an answer to. Love working with her.

I was a bit skeptical it could actually be as good as Hyros for the price..

But I was pleasantly surprised.

Cortana tracks everything perfectly, has an extremely simple UI that wasn’t hard to figure out, and their support through onboarding and set up was top notch.

I’d recommend this to anyone considering switching from Hyros or getting 3rd party tracking in place for the first time. Absolute no brainer.

By far the best tracking software i've ever worked with. Instead of having to wait for new updates or implementations forever like it is in hyros everything is being developed so quickly and on top of that there's no tiered pricing bs. straightforward super affordable price for something that is literally years ahead of hyros at a 10th of the price. I've you're not using this already i genuinely don't know what you're waiting for. and if you're using hyros it's definitely time to switch it up...

Awesome product, awesome team at a fraction of the price of Hyros. Thrilled to be able to switch away from Hyros finally (my most expensive software that was only going to get more expensive as we scaled). Cortana also has some nice features that are better and more user friendly and more customizable than Hyros. Like the conversions setup for example.

Special shout out to Andrea for the hours of 1:1 support and help transferring everything over from Hyros and making sure that we get everything setup in Cortana just the way I want it.

Signed up for Cortana about four weeks ago. This experience has been amazing. I am new to media buying and Meta ads. Cortana has been extremely willing to help me through the beginning process, everything from setting up my pixels to setting up Google Tag Manager, through to making sure that everything is tracking and feeding correctly into my CRM and just overall giving me an extremely good visibility of how Cortana works. Matei and Andrea have been great so far. I'm excited to continue using Cortana.

So far, my experience with Cortana has been quite amazing. The intake team/onboarding team, whatever you want to call them, Andrea and Jen, have been just top-notch.

They have a solution to every problem. They literally are extremely knowledgeable.

They put you on to a Slack channel, and they answer it. They're just easy to work with, not alone. To me, that is worth more than anything else. I'm not chasing somebody down; I'm having someone that's willing to help me.

Perfect example: I'm trying to get some help from Service Titan, and those people won't zoom with me. They'll just email me and drop links to help articles that don't help at all. Whereas these people here at Cortana literally are on Zoom and literally say, "Let's get it done today," if they come across the problem.

I don't know what else to say except fantastic experience and I already see the conversions showing up in my pixel. Thank you!

Fantastic onboarding, the best DFY set-up I have ever experienced with a software.

We have been utilizing Cortana for about a month now. The onboarding and client success team lead by Andrea has been incredible. I have utilized a few other ad tracking platforms in the past and Andrea and the Cortana team have exceeded expectations with making sure everything is customized and set up for you. Would highly recommend.

We're white labeling Cortana and offering this service to our clients and the onboarding experience with the Onboarding Queen (Andrea!) has been nothing short of PHENOMENAL! She has shown up for me and our clients when we need her (on and OFF hours!) and that means so much to us. The other day she said to one of my clients, "Anything to make you happy..." and I felt she genuinely meant that. Switching from different Ads tracking software like Hyros to Cortana has been a great experience. The platform is very easy to navigate, making it simple to find and use the features I need.
I also like how customizable the reporting and tracking are. The data I need is readily available, which makes managing and analyzing ad performance much more efficient, to add, you can connect a lot of applications to it.
Overall, Cortana has been a great platform to use, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an intuitive and reliable ad tracking solution.

I have been using Hyros for the last 3 years and something that I have noticed was the lacking of direct integrations on different softwares that we use on the marketing space. We decided to switch to Cortana and with just less than a month of getting onboarded, all of the feedbacks that I have recommended were implemented by their dev with a fast turn around, which I have never experienced in Hyros side. All of the missing pieces from Hyros was already pieced together in Cortana and I can say that the UX/UI experience is much better, from looking at lead quality tracking side and revenue attribution, everything was all clear which makes it easy for me as a Media Buyer to determine which ads to scale, since we were mainly running ads for High ticket space, having a very detailed idea on how the customer journey is really essential for us to know so we can effectively scale on the ads side which is really crucial on the revenue side since it's a long time frame sales cycle as compared to Ecom industry. They also have a very good customer service, onboarding was topnotch and they really make sure they understand our internal process to get all the necessary nitty gritty details be in place and get tracked properly.
You will also not feel left out if you have some concerns or experiencing something unusual on the platform because they are really responsive and hands-on on the troubleshooting part if ever you encounter any issues. As someone who is not really a technical and trying to figure it out my way, David (our account manager) and Matei was really helpful and frequently update us on the status how our tech concerns are being handled, what is to be done on our end to fix it if we presented some issues that occurs. I think another advantage as well is there's not a huge wall on the web dev department side to the customer side so if there's something you dont know how to implement on your end for a very customized integration, they see to it you're provided with resources needed and guided all throughout, and they also try to fix it on the troubleshooting calls. Overall ,great experience with Cortana team

I run a boring brick and mortar business and spend 7 figures a year on Meta ads, so attribution matters a lot to me. Before Cortana I was paying around $20k/year for a well-known attribution platform (it's the one Cortana obviously is going after hard in its own ads). In a year and a half I never once hit a 9/10 event match quality score on my key events (Lead, Schedule, Purchase) in my Meta Events manager, and my ROAS slid from roughly 3x down to 1.4x. When I finally dug in, it turned out the setup was mostly relaying pixel data, which iOS has made nearly useless, and nobody on their side ever proactively reviewed my account despite the price.

I was honestly skeptical of Cortana because of the cost gap. A few hundred a month versus thousands felt too good to be true. I only took the call because I was auditing my entire software stack.

The VIP onboarding sold me. Their team got on Zoom with me weekly, sometimes for hours, walked through my GoHighLevel workflows with me, set up their webhooks inside my GHL so actual CRM data flows back to Meta server-side via CAPI, and verified everything live inside my Events Manager while I watched. I asked a lot of questions and got straight answers. I even had a third-party e-comm marketing agency independently audit the CAPI setup, and it checked out.

Result: 9/10 EMQ on Lead, Schedule, and Purchase for the first time ever.

Only nitpick I have is the dashboard sometimes can lag just a tad too long (30 seconds after filtering vs instant like I'd want), but support is already on it and I'm sure that will clear up soon and to be honest, I have a LOT of campaigns and ad sets and ads to sift through and track so it is a lot of data to filter more so than the average user I'm sure.

Also, since I did the VIP onboarding, I get a VIP support slack channel for life to help troubleshoot any bugs that arise along the way post setup. The slack gives me direct access to my account manager, their support team, and even the owner, who is a very technical guy with a coding background himself.

If you're spending real money on Meta ads (or even Google ads) and depend on clean data going back to the platform, this is worth a look.

Cortana has been my choice of ad tracker and has been perfect for me.

It is obvious that Matei has designed this program with a thorough knowledge of ads it is user-friendly and does everything it should do and more the cost of the program is definitely reasonable.

Cortana is an incredible platform - their customer service is bar none. We switched from Hyros and the experience has been far better.

The reporting, format, UI/UX is unmatched. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking to make the switch or needs an attribution software.

Recently switched from HYROS and everything has been a night and day difference for the better. with Cortana the support is not just an ai chat bot, but direct one on one, real time support (shoutout Matei and Andrea). User interface is simpler and more intuitive to use. The team is quick to respond and got my tracking sorted out quickly and correctly. They even gave solid recommendations to how I could improve my funnels. On top of that, I mentioned wanting a feature added to the link shortening they offer already and instead of just saying "we'll add it to the roadmap" Matei got his team on it immediately. Says a ton about how they operate and made the decision to switch that much better. 10/10 would recommend. 

If you're looking for a tracking solution where the team actually cares whether your stuff is working, Cortana is the way.

The team is phenomenal. Pricing is crazy for the quality of service and capabilities. Event quality score is a solid 8.9-9.2
