Very bad customer service and delay in delivery

I buy s23 ultra from usedpanda.and before 10 days i apply for return the phone.than they said if you return we cahrge 400 dirham. So didn't not return .and after 2 month phone not working the display is not responding.
I again contacted the. They said.we charges 800+ dirham to repair the phone and even the phone in under warranty so please please don't buy from usedpanda

I did not get the worst shopping experience then usedpanda. Delay in delivery, extra charges on refund, No proper conversation, useless reasons and many more. If you want to waste your time and money go with usedpanda

My order 53981 now 7 days , still not received, keep calling their contact no, but those people can't give any information about the delivery, ordered iPhone 14 pro max. Shows the delivery in 2 days but it's stressful after waiting 7 days and customer care not answering the call , now I don't know about the phone wht I gonna receive,
I trying for Google reviews it's looks not genuine coz only 12 people write and 5 star I want to write a review there but no option, looks not genuine

I recently bought a Google pixel 9 pro in a pre-owned excellent condition and I'm happy with what I've got. It has minimal scratches which you barely notice. Good job.

Extremely disappointed with UsedPanda. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and after some time the screen turned pink and stopped working. I was forced to pay additional charges for repair since it was my primary phone.

Unfortunately, after sending the phone to my wife back home, the same issue has occurred again. Charging extra for a repair that doesn’t last is unacceptable. Very poor product quality and unreliable after-sales service. I don’t recommend them. 👎🏽

It is very poor service start from delivery company.It mentioned delivery in 3 days to 4 but it been a week,i have been waiting with always follow up by myself. The support center did not know anything and always said let us check and no response. The delivery also rude on the phone, no service mind. In the app. mentioned that the phone is in the storage and delivery asap by today but they hold on my delivery pending in the storage. I bought Iphone 13 Promax and little expensive, after recieved the phone, there are too many fingerprints on it and not proper clean. I used only 22 days and now the phone is dead. I checked the review in the positive feedback thats why i decided to buy from Used Panda. But i am very disappointed when i need to use a phone urgently on my Wedding day and it's dead . If you see the phone from outside looking is look nice but inside khalas.

Bought an i phone and the battery is not lasting even an hour from beginning. Now the phone fall down from my hand and completely broken. I think they are not selling original phones. Will be refurbished counterfeit product. I send them for repair and they are not confirming the product is original. Please dont deal with these type of people.

Guys your delivery guys is very very rough he came to take my phone which I return but he's not waiting for me first he is not came on time second he came but I was busy that time I couldn't attend my phone but when I call him his behaviour is very very rough what is this? We are here for our insult. At least wait for me for few minutes I want to return my phone because you guys send me wrong phone I am facing problem and delivery boy show his attaude this is not acceptable which kind of service is this? arrange delivery for me as soon as possible.

I received iPhone 11 pro max with display damaged , display working automatically even I choose the premium product , In description they are mentioned expert will check product before packing , this issue can see normal person that mean they are not checking the product before packing because when I start the phone that display working automatically
According to the USEDPANDA instruction I returned the product now 6 days finish still no proper reply from the company , the company contact number also not answer ,

I am writing to share my recent experience with UsedPanda, which regrettably did not meet my expectations. When purchasing a device from their platform, I was assured that all products are thoroughly monitored and tested prior to shipment to customers.

However, upon receiving the device, I encountered a software issue that indicated a lack of quality control. The process of returning the item was equally disheartening, taking an excessive amount of time, nearly nine days, despite my persistent follow-up calls to their support line which did not yield satisfactory solutions.

Based on my personal encounter, I cannot recommend utilizing the services of UsedPanda. I urge you to consider alternative platforms to avoid facing similar challenges that I encountered.

I am not a fond of I phone as I am using android long time. I buy this product for my Son (as a graduation gift) and send to Philippines. He just received theitem today and his so happy and saying quality is good as he is really an iphone user since then. I just want to say thanks to UsedPanda really never fails always making the customer worldwide fully satisfied.

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max from UsedPanda for over AED 3,000, trusting their positive reviews and reputation for excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Shortly after purchasing the phone, I noticed lines appearing on the display, which worsened over time, especially after a recent iOS update. I reached out to their support team and requested a pickup for inspection and repair, as the device is still under warranty and as per them they can cover only software related issues only. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has come to collect the phone, leaving me frustrated and worried about the service.

I am now deeply concerned about how long the repair process will take and whether the issue will be resolved properly. This delay and lack of timely support make me feel deceived and regret my decision to purchase from UsedPanda.

I expected better service, especially after investing a significant amount of money and trusting the reviews. I hope UsedPanda improves their customer service and addresses issues promptly in the future.

don't buy phone from used panda if you face any issues in your device they will not give solutions

Stay away from them, the device wont work for more than 6 months, I bought a pixel 5 and it shutdown suddenly one day, it was under warranty and they told me warranty is only for software and the issue is with LCD and I need to pay for the repair. Whatever happens they will say its the hardware issue ,Better stay away from these fake sellers.
