It been my worst experience i have ever had
I purchased something they never gave asking for some stupid documents from a stupid manager, scammers they took my money and making suffer to return it

I had a terrible experience purchasing from Cartlow. I bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max and paid for the premium option. We actually purchased two phones, and both of them had serious issues.

After receiving the phone and using it for about 10 days, the display suddenly went completely off. It appeared that many of the internal parts were not original and seemed to be fake or replaced with low-quality components, which is completely unacceptable for a premium purchase.

We sent the phone back for repair expecting the problem to be fixed, but they returned it in the same condition without resolving anything. The device is now completely unusable.

This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. It honestly feels like we were cheated. I would strongly not recommend buying phones from Cartlow. This has been the worst phone-buying experience I’ve ever had.

This is scam! They provide me with a deffctive device and they will not accept it if you will return it.they will say they will repair it but yiu have to pay the charges!unbeliavable! They are cheaters they will just take your money and will deliver you garbage!

Worst service ever, I have been calling these guys for the past 2 weeks for laptop order 3652104, I made the order on the 15th of February, today it's the 4th of March still telling me stories about delivery , other orders came in after 10 days really! This is really pathetic and their customer service don't even know what's happening with order statuses.

I would like to share my experience regarding a recent warranty claim.

The phone was collected on 8th FEB 2026, but there was no clear communication confirming receipt at the service center or outlining the repair timeline. Updates were only provided when I personally initiated follow-up.

While the support agent was courteous and reassuring, there was no concrete progress shared. On February 23rd 2026, I again requested an update and was told that more time was needed and that they would check with the relevant department.

As of today, there is still no meaningful update.

For customers purchasing high-value items, transparency and accountability during warranty claims are essential. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

Fady Ibrahim assisted me in a very polite and helpful manner. He clearly understood the urgency of the matter. I truly appreciate his support and assistance.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced.
The customer service felt cold and careless.
The devices looked tired, not new.
I bought an iPhone 15, but it did not match the online description.
The speakers were filled with dust, as if the phone had been forgotten.
Another Samsung phone arrived broken,
its cover cracked and full of sand, not cleaned, not respected.
What I received was disappointment, not quality.
A truly bad experience.
