i got 2 iphone 13 pro max at first everything looked great but after sometimes screen looked a bit weird the colors are not great at all i contacted the customer service they were the most idiotic people ever i swear i have never been so annoyed and intrigued like this before , on of them the back glass is black which when i compared with another black 13 pro max the color was wayyy much different plus it broke very easily and also I got the iphone in feb and now in october one of the phones battery is already 95% and the other is 97%, also one of them just randomly stopped charging so i went to a iphone repair service shop so that the technician and when he opened the phone it turns out that every component is very low quality. And i honestly hope that this place shut down forever.

Earlier this year I ordered an Iphone 16Pro Max (condition "Like New") for my daughter but on checking it, the front camera was not working properly as there was a lot of vignetting in the corners. Hence that very same night I messaged their team on WA to arrange collection of the device the next day so that I could get a full refund. After they collected the device, I had to follow up with them for over 45-days for the refund and got it only after Tabby intervene since I was not getting any response or update from Reevamp. FINALLY, to rub salt into the wound, there was a deduction of AED507 when I received the refund from Tabby on 05March with absolutely no explanation for the huge deduction, No number to call, No replies on Whatsapp/ Email, Shady return policy,
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..since you do actually
DO NOT receive ANY!!!

I have purchase iPhone 13 from Reevamp but they delivered Refurbished phone instead of New Phone. The Battery of this phone is giving lot of problems. I contacted them only through their email (Because they do not have Phone number of customer care) about this problem and they said they will reply in 48 hours but even after more than 96 hours they didn't reply. I asked them to take back this iphone and refund back the money I have paid but absolutely no response from their side.
They are giving attractive offers for New iPhones on their website in the name of Summer Sale but they are supplying Refurbished iPhones and after that they are not replying to any emails.

So,,like I said am not stopping at anything as long as these conmen have my money,,,
They are registered as souq refurb llc but they use a retail platform (reevamp) for online consumers,,,i advice any person who has an issue with the same,,go to DET one central tower and file a consumer violation complaint.

I purchased a phone from this company paid via tabby haven't received anything.
I check for updates daily and It says delivery scheduled today when I check with the courier that they direct me to.

the courier says they have attempted to collect multiple times and were unsuccessful and my shipment isn’t with them.

No number to contact, online chat is AI, if anyone knows how to reach them please help me

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max, 512 GB, from this company, but it turned out that the screen, battery, camera, and software were all tampered with. The phone, although sealed, did not match the advertised capacity or color. I contacted customer service for a refund, but I am still waiting

It has been very difficult times of my life trying to deal with this company for the last few days,,my money with them,,ordered a phone then cancelled a few minutes later as someone had already gotten it for my mum,,now av been struggling to reach out to them,,today I visited their listed fake location in dubai design district,,,they don't exist there,,good enough there is a spart police station right adjacent to the building,,I filed a case and on my way out I got a clue of their operations from 2 other people who have the same experience as mine,,am not stopping at nothing until I have my money back,,and tomorrow I believe I will be meeting them by the back door!

I bought a ‘Like New’ iPhone 16 Pro from Reevamp.me for AED 3,350 in February 2026. After about a month of normal use the screen developed serious issues (flickering, green line, then going blank) and became unusable. Apple’s Dubai Mall store assessed the device and confirmed a display fault and lifted screen, recommending a full unit replacement. Despite this, Reevamp have ignored multiple attempts to contact them via email, their website, WhatsApp and social channels, and have not offered any repair, replacement or refund. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from Reevamp.me or trusting their ‘Like New’ and warranty claims

They are fraud scammers
I made order on 26 February and they did not delivered anything it is been 15 days
I am asking them to give me back my money but they are not answering on whatsapp or email since than

Reevmp is a scamer.

If anybody buy a phone from Reevamp online store. He deffinitely will be in trouble like me.

Their online customer review page is fake.
Their saling Copy phone. After you received your phone you can understand what it is!! I am in Trouble now.

I have mistakenly purchased a Iphone 16 Pro max from their website. They send me a Copy iphone and When i return their phone One month gone still they never return back My Money.

Please be aware all before purchasing the phone reevamp, they are totally scam and fraud, i ordered new iphone 14 pro max, and they delivered 2 years old phone, camera was damaged display was replaced, then i start trying to get refund and thanks god tabby was involved and after 1 month they refunded me the money and they deducted 140 dirhams. after all they were still in profit.

This company's products are not good, please don't buy. No response.They are very bad.

I ordered 15 promax 256 GB in the October end, first they delayed the delivery for 1 week, to compensate the late delivery, they upgraded the device to 512GB, after receiving the device, there's network issue with the device, I registered complaint and they arranged to take back the device, they replaced with another device but with 256GB capacity. They took 512GB device from me and replaced 256GB device, stating this is what I ordered. Its more than 10 days now, since I have been sending reminders to their support team but not responding at all. Very poor service and response, I don't know how they are dealing, they do not have a dedicated office in UAE.
Sharing the follow email sent to them but no response.

Terrible Service. Sent me the wrong phone color and never replaced it.. customer service is very slow and not at all helpful. No way to speak on call.. only whatsapp chat and they answer back when they feel like. Stay away!

Absolute horror. The iPhone 15 Pro that I ordered was did not match with what was delivered (I ordered a 512GB version and I received a 256GB version) and ever since (now 2,5 months and counting) it's been never ending empty promises of a courier to pick up the phone and Reevamp to refund the purhase. Customer service is non-existent and takes forever to even get an automatic response that someone will get back. Stay away from Reevamp!

The device came in good condition, I personally like what i got. It was US version factory unlock comes with 1 year warranty which is good option.
