Shocking service from start to finish. Ordered a phone on 12th December and they didn’t send me an invoice or receipt on purchase so I had to ask for my order number over a week later. The purchase doesn’t show on my online account either. When the phone did arrive they sent the wrong phone to what I had ordered and when I asked to have it replaced, was ignored by customer service. That phone was then faulty and kept freezing so I sent it back as requested and was left with no replacement phone. Was told I would receive my new phone the next day but nothing. After numerous contact with customer support, I was told it would be delivered on at least 4 different days and still nothing arrived. It is 4th January now and I am still without a phone and customer support just ignore my messages. Awful customer service, terrible quality product and a scam of a company. Would never use again!!

Great product, worth the price and fast delivery

I was completely dissatisfied with their service. I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max, but they sent me a used and repaired phone instead of a new one. The display had even been replaced and was non-original. When I complained and returned the phone, after several weeks, they sent me the same phone back, repackaged. I highly advise against buying from this site.

I loved how i got delivery to the hotel. But I had a delay . I was told it’ll be delivered and it wasn’t until the next day. Also the color I decided on wasn’t available and I was not informed up till after I’ve paid. But all in all it was great and quite affordable

Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Experience with Almas Trading Company

Buyers beware! If you value your money and peace of mind, do not purchase from this company.

I had an awful experience purchasing a ‘revamped iPhone 14 Pro’ from Almas Trading Company or REEVAMP, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this seller.

After receiving the phone, I quickly noticed multiple issues:
1. The wallpaper setup feature from the Lock Screen was non-functional.
2. The cellular antenna failed, causing poor connectivity.
3. The camera quality was terrible despite resetting all settings.

I decided to consult an Apple Store technician to verify the phone. Shockingly, the technician revealed that:
- The enclosure, rear glass, and display were all non-genuine parts.
- The device had unauthorized modifications to storage and color.
- Due to these modifications, Apple cannot service or repair the phone.

This is completely unacceptable! I purchased the phone expecting a fully functional, authentic product, but instead, I received a device that does not meet basic standards of quality or match the description provided at purchase.

I immediately requested a return and full refund with the Apple report as proof. Here’s what followed:
1. Almas Trading rejected my return, claiming their “Quality Control” team found no issues. However, the QC report they shared did not include any serial number, making it impossible to verify if they even tested my device.
2. Despite my objections, they ignored my emails for so many days and sent back the faulty phone through a courier – forcing me to pay delivery fees AGAIN.
3. I tried calling and emailing repeatedly, but they are unresponsive and refuse to address my concerns.

On top of this, their free delivery policy above 200 AED was not honored when I placed my order.

This entire process has been a nightmare:
- I was sold a device with unauthorized modifications and fake parts.
- My refund request was unjustly denied.
- I received no proper customer support.

Fraud! AVOID REEVAMP IN DUBAI!
They sell fake iphones! First time they gave the phone with SIM card issue, couldn’t use it for calls. Then they change it to a new phone with camera problems! We couldn’t make a video/photo. It was present for mom to other country. It was difficult to send it there and send back two times and very disappointing, because it was a birthday gift. We sped more money to fix the phone and spent all our nerves. They don’t give money back after 2 weeks, only “new” fake phone. So don’t even think to deal with them!!!

Very confusing experience and have to in the end classify it as fraud. Ordered an Iphone on their website (sa.reevamp.me), which seems to be the Middle East branch of this "company". Something looked strange as the order said "on hold" and I never received any confirmation email. I then Whatsapped their help line, which initially seemed helpful, but responses were casual and dismissive and played for time, promising emails which never came. I then tried emailing the help desk, to 2 different email addresses, all of which bounced back, and their facebook and instagram links lead to nowhere. I knew I'd lost my money, but as a last ditch attempt I emailed and Whatsapped to ask for a refund. Email went unanswered, but Whatsapp reply said I'll be contacted by the relevant department, which obviously never happened. It goes without saying that I was never able to track my order and never received a phone.

Overall great experience, good mobile phones, fast delivery service

Overall nice experience, Good mobile with good battery health. Bought 2 mobiles in 1 month both are working fine for now.

FRAUD company! Sell used phones as new.
Spent 2,000 on a phone that is a worthless. They lie and lie. Say they sent a courier. I have door cameras, no courier.
Then, finally they block you.
Absolute thieves!!
I will report them to every Dubai entity that I can and make sure that that can’t steal from others. My husband is working in the industry of fraud here in Dubai. This is ironic they did this to us! Check to see if this company are still operating in a month!!! Although, the huge fines they are going to receive will no doubt be paid by customers they steal from.

They are totally fraud. They sell used phones as new ones and when you ask them for refund the stop responding to you and then block you. They have taken the phone back but they are not refunding.
