From the staff member taking my call and understanding my problem, to then arranging for an engineer to attend when best suited me. The Engineer kindly got the system up and running for me and explained what went wrong and if it was to happen again how to sort it. All the staff where kind a polite and I could not asked for more

Use the sun was recommended to me by a friend. The staff were so knowledgeable and helped me out of a sticky situation. The guys that came to my house were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They managed to sort out my problem in one visit. In the future I will definitely use them again. Totally recommend them.

How dare you mention my name as a reply to poor reviews.
I have been badly let down by you with a system not fit for purpose which you are fully aware of as you have handed over to your insurance company and MCS are having to sort our system at great expense.
You do not have any right to then mention my name on someone else’s review on Trustpilot. How dare you? I have taken screenshots.

Ellis was very good he obviously knows his stuff and did an excellent tidy job. He was very polite and kept me informed about what he was doing. He asked me about the route he was suggesting taking with the New Cable. to make sure I was happy with it before he proceeded.

We have just had a 17 panel solar system fitted with a 10.36Kwh battery system. The whole process has been totally amazing. The office team and fitters have organised everything so well and it only took a day. We are now producing our own electricity and exporting to the grid. We were rather apprehensive about going ahead with this technology but I can totally recommend both the technology and Use The Sun who have been faultless. The wiring of the system has been done sympathetically. I can highly recommend them. We are now going to ahead with the air source heat pump which they will also fit for us. Thank you team

Contracted with UTS for an ASHP, from survey to install the process was smooth. Everyone from the surveyor to the fitters arrived when they said they would, the fitters worked non stop in 25° heat! Lovely neat job, I'm well impressed.

We were very impressed how Use the Sun actively helped to resolve our water heating issue. From the initial call to the helpful admin team to the engineers attending and working hard to resolve the problem we could not have been more delighted with the outcome. We are very pleased with our system. HIES put us in contact with Use The Sun after our original installer went bust. Incredibly grateful to Use the Sun for stepping up to the task and also HIES for saving our install. The installers were thorough and professional from initial survey all the way up to installation. They helped to get all of our documents in order so that we could officially export our excess solar production. In summary, a fab install, great staff, great value and I'm more than happy to recommend.

I had Use The Sun to repair and update my solar installation, this required them to remove all the PV panels and examine the wiring to determine where is problem was. The two engineers were pleasant and polite, explaining what they were doing / investigating at each stage.
After identifying and then correcting the fault, they ran several tests to make sure all parts were working correctly, tidying up before they left. A great service all round.

Service and drain kit installed efficiently and with care.
Martin & Harry were very helpful with questions regarding the system.

This company was appointed by HIES to fix my solar panels when the system failed while still under guarantee, the original installer having gone out of business. The company have been very helpful and efficient throughout the process and my panels are now fully functional again.

Excellent rapid response to service requests

Our solar panels stopped working in August 2023. Use the Sun have now sorted them,and an Inverter and we are sure that the system now works better than it did initially. We are much happier now!

All round excellent service. From arranging speedy response to our issue, to the professionalism, and capability of the engineer that attend. First class would happily recommend.

#4 We think he has been put up to it by Michelle Chambers who has already left 5 x 1* reviews = Stop being paranoid! Quite clearly you get loads of bad reviews and do your best to get them removed.

Great service, great install. We had a Tesla installed over 4 weeks and we have been pretty much self sufficient . All the girls in the office have been great with their support.
Install team were amazing.
Would 100% recommend this company.

We were pleaded overall with the installation of our air source heat pump and radiators.
The installation went well despite some difficulties such as removing floor boards and threading the supply pipes to the radiators. The installers took great care in damage limitation and were excellent at thinking of solutions to problems they encountered. They were also very polite.
The only negatives were as the fitters had to travel so so far, 4 or 5 hours per day, so the job took longer than expected and as the week went on I could sense they were becoming tired.
The contact with there office was always efficient and friendly too.
Now the system is finished we are very happy with it as our house is now warm.
We would recommend Under the Sun as installers.
