I signed on to serve an area through USHUD.com a little over a month ago. When I signed on, I was told that the average traffic on the site that I would be linked to gathered 12 to 14 leads each month. I have now been with this company for 6 weeks and have received a total of 5 leads, none of which I have been able to contact in return once receiving their information. I will be cancelling my membership as soon as possible. This has been a waste of good marketing dollars for my business.

The leads are not worth it. You make people fill out their information and they do not want to talk to an agent. I want to cancel my account and can't find a way to do it.

The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Highly suggest to clients looking to buy. Highly suggest to agents looking to expand their business.

I spoke with Jennifer and Erica, and both of them were very professional and personable. I enjoyed talking to them and learning about the updates made to the website.

I am signed up now what? no coaching no, what to do with the calls, no how to get them into my follow up boss....

Leads received are in no way financially able to purchase a home at this time. They either do not have enough income or savings or both to qualify for any home loan, including a zero interest loan.

The people were very friendly and knowledgeable of their product. Looking forward to working them.

Was explained in detail about the program and answered all questions diligently and in a timely manner.

Everything was informative and not as time consuming as other companies. Lots of strategies to use and schooling available if needed. I look forward to trying the company out and receiving additional work.

I’ve been in the business for 25 years and in the last 24 I have been the top agent in my office. I received multiple awards in sales and achievements. Also have been in the who who Of Realtors. I do this to help people sell their homes or find their dream homes.
It’s very rewarding.

I think its a little early on for reviews seeming I have not received my first lead yet.

They were helpful in going over the program but until I am fully going in the program the best that I can give is a 4 star. After I get going then we shall see how many stars I give but for today you have a 4 star rating.

The lead I received is a first time homebuyer, which is fine, but it would be nice if your website had some tips for first time homebuyers -- such as talking to a lender to determine the different financing options and letting the homebuyer know what the budget is when looking for a home.
