SCAM! Why are they number one on google.

Hi so seems like Ive been scammed.
Contacted US Immigration Support for help to get a refund as I just needed a vistors visa, but they have no affiliation with this company. So next step is my bank. They took £145, however this was my error I really only needed to complete an ESTA Application.
Totally gutted.

I never thought id ever be victim to fraud..but here i am..i just hope they dont harm me with all the personal details they now have of me..as for the money i paid..i doubt ill ever see it again..

SCAM! Stay away from this website.
This is the first website i clicked on google to apply US visa l and took my $158. Took them 4 weeks and many emails just to get my confirmation page for US visa. I kept emailing them that i am in a rush to attend conference. Ended up i need to postpone my flight because of their inefficiency. I get my local travel agency and everything is done in 2-3 hours while it took them 4 weeks. Super disappointed. They are not professional at all.

Please stay away and use proper US visa website.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
This came up number 1 in a google search and I stupidly clicked through and uploaded my passport. Payment would not go through thankfully but they have all of my details. NOT HAPPY

Feb 2025. They took £99 and I never heard back. I sent many messages but they did not respond. Now by internet provider has blocked their site saying 'it is potentially a fraud'.

Diese Seite ist absoluter Betrug!!!
Statt 21 Euro ein ESTA verlangt die Seite 121 Euro und der Antrag wird nicht bearbeitet!

SCAM. Do not fall for this! Spent $200 on a B2 visa support but they did nothing for us. Ana was the one who replied to my e-mails, but kept telling me to wait. Checked the site this morning, can't access.

Ended up applying the visa myself - went super smooth. I encourage everyone to access from the .gov site.

Achtung: Betrug!!

Site frauduleux qui facture une prestation 121 € au lieu de 21 €. Plus de nouvelles depuis mon achat et je n'ai pas obtenu le document attendu.

Took my 121 USD and the application number was invalid i only got to know 3 days later, blocked my car but i was 100% sure that i was on a .gov website.

they took 159 USD from me and then the site went down and never came back up. this is total fraud. how and where we can report it.

SCAM took £100 and never replied to my emails

Appears to be a scam
Looks like a scam, took my $159 and never heard back. Seems like many people have had the same experience. My advice is to ensure you are using a proper government approved website to process visas. Google must proactively clean these sites up. I will attempt to take advantage of my fraud insurance
And i am very sad, google is great, why they put this website as top level, they may get advertisements fee from this company , we need complain to google.

This company is a fraud, it was pathetic on my end to just lazily pay the fees without checking. Don't fall for this trap, avoid this company
