Great Experience with a Short Wait
I am glad they had the partnership with the payment-plan company as it made the financial end of things easy for me. I loved the ring and after finding I ordered the wrong size, they made return and resizing a breeze. I wish the time from order to receiving the item was faster, took about 10 days, but the company was thorough and helpful.

Hello Samuel,
First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It's essential for us to understand our customers' perspectives.
The ring you purchased is crafted upon order, ensuring its uniqueness and personal touch. We mention a 2-week handling time in the product description, and there should have been an email sent during checkout to reiterate this. I sincerely apologize if this wasn't clear or if it caused any inconvenience.
Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we strive to make every customer's experience a positive one.
Thank you for choosing US Jewels, and please let me know if there's anything else I can assist with.
Warm regards,
Cliff, US Jewels

The Silver Beast.
Ordered the extra large Italian horn pendant in sterling silver to fit my 10mm Cuban link chain but was sent one that only fitted a 7mm. I had sent message about it the owner of the shop was very quick to respond and fix the mistake. He shipped it next day air and I received it packaged very well and I had to sign for it. Now my new pendant looks amazing on my chain with a very nice heavy weight to it. Thank you very much usjewelry for everything.

I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your item. As I mentioned in a previous email, tarnishing is a natural process for sterling silver when it comes into contact with substances containing sulfur. This can include household products, water, food, or even air pollution. To remove the tarnish, you can use a liquid silver cleaner, which should restore the item to its original state. A quick search on "does sterling silver tarnish" will provide ample information supporting this.
All our items are coated with an anti-tarnish layer, so if tarnishing did occur, it's likely that the item came into contact with a substance that triggered it. For your peace of mind, you're welcome to have the item tested by a local jeweler to confirm its quality. If you're still not satisfied, please let me know, and I'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

US Jewels is the solution!
US Jewels is the solution for what I needed and more. I was searching online for military jewelry for a birthday gift. I found that and zodiac and Masonic items. I ended purchasing more than what I was searching. The items were received timely and excellent quality. My husband loved them. I contacted them several times about an order and I promise every time I did they responded and responded within a very reasonable turnaround time. I recommend US Jewels to anyone looking for quality jewelry with superb customer service. Thank you US Jewels.

This man …
This man …. This designer ….took his time to call me and make sure I was satisfied with his product. I have been in marketing and sales for over 40 years, and I have never had anyone make me feel over the moon with the concern and attention he demonstrated.
I highly recommend this Jeweler to anyone that is seeking genuine attention and thoughtfulness for you and his design.
Customer satisfaction guaranteed. ❤️
Thanks,
Randy
